The next few chapters will be them discovering each others secrets besides the ones that people all ready know so Hayden this chapter and then Annie and last Conner. 

 Hayden  pov

Trust hard to build....easy to lose 

The fact is that I don't trust people that easily like I used to its part of growing up there is nothing wrong with that.....right?. Ya I don't trust anyone anymore which is probably unsafe but I can't trust nobody for many reasons....but thats another story for another day. 

 I walk next door to Annie house since we didn't have school today and I wanted to hang with her like when we were younger its not because I like her okey if thats what you are thinking....anyways I walk up to the door and right before I could knock the door opened. I see Hayley opened the door 

Hayley - " your really loud you know I heard you from my room Annie would probably have also she wasn't dancing to music anyways come in" 

Hayden- " good morning to you too" *laughs* " how you doing by the way hay" 

Hayley: "good acually well I guess if you count that my dad is g-"

 Before Hayley could finish her sentence Annie came running down"\ 

Annie: "Hayley don't you need to be somewhere!"  

Hayley: " geez...they are going to find out eventually"

   * Hayley leaves to her room*

I look up at Annie and she looks absolutely beautiful she is in grey sweatpants  and a a red shirt tied up at the end and in red fuzzy socks that have pink hearts on it 

Annie: Hayden?!

Hayden: ya sorry I zone out again...

Annie: ya I notice *laughs* 

        God I love her laugh so much 

Annie: I was asking why did you come? 

Hayden: I just wanted to hang with you thats all

Annie: oh? * blushes* okey umm...lets go to my room

 Was she blushing? maybe am just seeing things.....

Hayden:  "so what do you want to do "

Annie: "I don't know you came to my house" 

Hayden: "right....lets go to the park" 

Annie: "okey the one down the street or the one that is two blocks away"

 I don't want to go to the one that is down the street its where I got attacked don't want to go back their...

Annie: "you take to long we are going to the one down the street"

oh no

as we were walking Annie grab my hand I don't think she notice beacuse when she noticed she let my hand go and started to walk fast. I liked it it felt right....

Annie pov: 

Ugh you idiot why did you hold his hand....you can't like him it will end up bad just like mom and dad...because love doesn't exist its all a fantasy. I start to walk faster trying to calm my nerves.

5 minutes 

Hayden pov:

when we got to the park I was already prepared if anything happened. I had my hand in my pocket where my pocket knife was at. Annie was having fun while I watched her laughing and playing while she pulled me along. I will admit I was having fun but the moment I let my guard down a guy came out of no where and grab Annie. 

Guy: hey Hayden who is this 

Annie: let go of me you creep 

Hayden: let her go...

I didn't pull out my knife because I didn't want Annie to know because she would tell everyone what happened...Annie was always good at putting things together and I don't want her to know that I don't trust no-one including them...her 

Hayden: let her go you know what am capable of doing

Annie pov 

I am so scared I don't know what to do I want to scream but he has a knife on me so can't do anything to stop him even if I wanted to wait I could kick him....where the sun don't shine....hmmm but what does hayden mean by " Let her go you know what am capable of doing" I need to talk about that with him....I built enough courage to kick the guy

Annie: *kicks the guy* 

Guy: *lets go of Annie*

Annie: * run* 

Hayden: you go ahead I have to do something 

Annie: okey?

Hayden pov

 I walk up to the guy and cut a little bit of his arm...I used do worse but am not that person anymore at least am trying not to be......the thing I didn't notice that Annie didn't leave 

Annie: HAYDEN?

 I should of know she wouldn't leave me until she knew I was safe.

Hayden: Annie you need to know something...
