Chapter 52

Melody got a call from Jin asking her to come over today. When she got there she entered the home (Jin got her text message 20 mins ago about her arrival and unlocked the door).

"Hello everyone~ I see that you settled in quite nicely."

"Melody!!!"

"Hi sweethearts, how have you been?"

"G-good!" Jimin said hugging his stuffed animal.

"Sweetie, can you tell me where you mommy or daddy is? I can't see to find them."

"Mommy in kitchen with Yoonie. Daddy on couch sleep." Tae said with a thumb in his mouth.

"Aren't you precious princess?" Melody said as she pinched Tae's cheeks as she passed by him to go to the kitchen.

"What about us?" Jimin and Jungkook said looking at her.

"Well.." Melody stopped in her tracks and spun around to look at them. "Jimin is my sweet prince and Jungkook is my darling knight." She then gave Tae, Jimin, and Jungkook a kiss on a cheek then continued her way to the kitchen.

"Is that my angel baby I see?" Melody asked in a ridiculous tone. "Oh, how I miss you all." She tickled Yoongi, who was in Jin's arms and gave him some Eskimo kisses.

"So what was so urgent that you needed me here ASAP."

"It's about Yoongi." Jin sighed as he nuzzled his face into Yoongi's hair.

"What's wrong with him?" She asked her voice dripping in concern.

"He is having these thoughts, sometimes it's like he is trapped in the past he doesn't want to remember. I'm just so worried about him."

"Hmmmmm...." Melody went silent. Thinking. "I can you with that. Just leave it to me." Melody said as she smiled at Jin.

"Oh, I forgot to ask how is everything with you and Leo?"

"Everything's fine. Leo is visiting Joy right now. They are going to travel for a few days to give me a break. But next week is Joy's last week with us. When they come back on Monday, maybe you all can finally meet Joy." Melody was leaned on the counter staring out the window, contemplating the next few days.

"Thanks for everything and I am glad everything is good in your life right now. But don't start stressing out."

"Don't worry about me. You have enough on your plate as it is." Melody says smiling at Jin.

"Yah. I'm older."

"We're about the same age."

"Wha-"

"Unnie!"
