Just a dream

Author explaining (This is not history accurate im so sorry Bac Ho and DCSVN ;u;)

Around 1946, when France tried to invaded Vietnam.Vietnam at that time was finding help from other countries.While Vietnam was away, BN's dad take part in the battle to defend Vietnam. He never return since then. Which mean only BN's mom, VY and BN is left in the family. But BN's mom knew that when Vietnam come back they will need more people to fight in the war.

Well, BN's mom was right. Vietnam came back with the help from USSR or simply the Soviet union and China. Vietnam made a speech that he needed more people to help gain independence once and for all. BN's mom joined the war but before going into battleground she brought BN and VY to Exo's house and asked her to take care of BN and VY for her if she doesn't come back. Exo promised to take good care of BN and VY.

Exo did complete her promise, but she got shot while trying to escape S VN. The people who went with VC found VY and BN running so he brought them in. When N VN meet them BN ran to N VN and hugged him cause this is the first time she ever met her cousin. The same one that she have heard Exo rambling bout everyday. Since then, both of them (BN and VY) lived with N VN. They soon grew up to be have armies of their own. They volunteered in helping with the war. BN being the lead of the medical team and her brother (VY) being the lead of the team which takes down the aircrafts of the american and others.

BN sometime has dreams bout the memories above which lead to this chapter :) ( forth wall breaking fucc )

 Noone's POV

'Wake up darling, it's breakfast time' ????? says

'M-mẹ?' (M-mom?) BN says as she rubs her eyes

'It's time for breakfast! You should go join your brother. He's at the table having breakfast already' BN's mom says. 'But i don't wanna' BN mumbles. 'Well i guess your brother gonna win in the contest of who eats faster then~' BN's says jokingly.

As she finishes her sentence, BN jumps out of bed and run downstairs saying 'Ok im up'. BN's mom chuckles. At the table BN was literally shoving foods down as fast as she can. VY notices that and says 'Sis you're gonna choke someday'. 'I-i'm not letting ya wi-win!' BN replies still having foods in her mouth which make her almost choke right after VY warns her. They both laughs. Suddenly, their dad says 'I think it's time'. BN and VY look in confusion. Not knowing what their dad is talking about.

Their mom looks at both of them with a frown on her face as if she doesn't want to talk about it. 'Your dad...he..h-he's going to join the war against France.' their mom struggle as she tries to say those words. Soon tears roll down her face. VY still confuse asks 'Wha-what does that mean?'. 'It means-' Their mom says but was cut short by their dad 'It means that im not going to return for a long time. If you're wondering when im leaving. Well... i'm leaving today.'

Hearing that, both of them broke into tears and run to hug their father. Their mom soon joins too. At the end of the day, their goodbye were in tears and that was the last time they saw him. Some time later, there was a knock at the door. BN's mom says 'Darling can you get the door for me? I'm busy' .'Ok mom' BN replies. BN opens the door and at the otherside was the mail man. 'Is ????? home?' he askes. 'Yes sir!' BN exclaims . 'Oh then here is the letter give it to her' he says.

'Ok! thank you sir' BN close the door as she replies. BN runs to her mom and gives her the letter' BN's mom takes the letter and reads it, as she reads her face gets more worries. BN notices and asks 'Mom is everything ok ?', 'Ye-yes everything is fine!' BN's mom answers. That night both of them (BN and VY) could hear their mom preparing stuff for something. But they don't pay attention to it much and fall asleep.

The next day, BN wakes up in her mom arms. She sees her brother is walking beside them holding onto her hand. VY notices BN is awake and says 'Oh you're awake!'. BN still sleepy asks 'Whe-where are we going?' She yawns as she says it. 'We're going to my friend's house. Exo. She's going to take care of you while i'm away'  their mom replies. They didn't say anything on their trip after that.

'Knock knock'. Exo opens the door and says 'Oh it's you ?????, long time no see!'. BN's mom says 'Heh long time no see too Exo. You know why im here and would you mind taking care of them for me? Incase i won't make it'. Exo frown but gives a sad smile saying 'Ok. I will take care of them till you come back. I promise!'. A smile grew on BN's mom face 'Thank you.' she says.

After Exo take her kids inside the house ,she decides it's time for her to leave. VY asks 'Is my mom going to be ok? Is she coming back? Will we see her again?' . Exo was stun as how many questions VY asks and sigh saying 'She will be fine don't worry bout it much'. Her answer did help both of them feeling less worry but still having the doubt she's coming back. Since when their father left, he never came back.

When they (BN and Vy i should stop typing this in lmao) stay at Exo home. Exo tries her best to make them happy. Even thought they sometime fight but she still loves and cares for them. Not long later all of that happy moments lead to them running for their lifes.

As they run Exo got shot, and her last attempt to save them was distracting the soilders to give them time to run. Before distracting the soilders she said 'You two run as far as fast as you can ok? Do this for me'. They both nodded still in tears and ran. They ran ran till they met a bunch of people going with VC. 'Over there! There are 2 kids running chief' A person said. 'Get them and bring them back. Those damn South' VC said.

They shiver as they walk back to the place. They got some tea and blankets as they sat down. 'What happen?' one of the soilder asks . 'Some bad guys started chasing us and shot Exo. I don't know is she's alive' BN's voice shakes as she says it. Then BN sees N VN walks in she runs at N VN and hugs him. 'Oh so you are the cousin my dad talked about. Nice to meet you!' N VN says 'Me too' BN replies.

Few days later, both of them got the news that they found Exo body. They attended her funeral, during the funeral BN was overwhelm with grief and cried her heart out. 'I'm sorry that i didn't help you. I'M SORRY THAT I DIDN'T SAVE YOU'.

'BIETNAM'

'BIETNAM! WAKE UP WHY ARE YOU CRYING?!?!?' VY says as he trying to wake her up.

'What? What happen?' BN says. 'I went into your room to wake you up and notice you're crying in your sleep for absolutely no fucking reason' VY replies. 'Oi, watch the mouth' BN says as she wipe the tears. 'Pssh. Whatever, I'm not only here to wake you up but also to inform you that we need more medics right now we are taking hard hits' VY exclaims. 'Oh ok i will be there in a minute' BN says. VY nodded and left the room.

BN got ready and went outside wondering who the hell she's going to meet today. Last time it was America. Oh boy that didn't go well, BN almost got shot that time.
