"Wake up! Wake up! WAKE UPPPPP!!!" Peter grasped the covers of his brother's bed, and yanked, sending both of them tumbling back onto the floor. The hotel they had been staying at had comfy beds, but it was the day.
"Ow! Peter! What was that for?!" Erland scowled, rubbing the side of his head.
"Today! Today is THE DAY!" Peter danced around.
"I know it's the day." Erland tried getting back into bed, before snapping around suddenly, "Wait! It's the day!"
"We have to go! Now! It's the day!" Peter grinned, he had been waiting for this day for a long, long, time. Like, 12 years. Which is a extremely long time to wait.
"Yeah! Let's go!" Peter pushed Erland over, "I can't wait to get a Pokemon! I want a Necrozma! Or maybe a Zekrom... Well, a Lugia would be nice too!" He had dreams.
"I'm almost 274% certain they don't give out any of those at the lab." Erland scowled, for me, a Treeko will do fine." His dreams were denied.
"You're a cockblocker." Peter groaned, "We need to eat quickly! Or all the Pokemon will be gone!"
"Get a realistic dream and actually think of a starter Pokemon, then we can go." Erland downed his microwave oatmeal, while Peter made a face. Partially because of the microwaved oatmeal and partially because of what his brother just said.
"But there's no Pokemon that's cool enough." Peter reached into the food drawer for a slice of bread, and started on it.
"That's why you train it, then it becomes stronger, and you can catch cooler Pokemon." Erland then added, "Though I doubt you'll get that strong in a million years." He started to pack their belongings into their suitcases.
"That doesn't matter! I'll just get a water type!" Peter declared.
"I'm still going with that Treeko." The Internet-obsessed boy frowned.
"Why don't you think big?"
"Rude."
"Realistic."
"Stupid."
"Just like your face."
-~-~-~-~-"How much longer..." Peter groaned, and Erland huffed.
"Why are we even taking the bikes? It's a 5 minute walk." They pedaled on the rough, rocky, dirt road, passing beautiful hills, flowers, and fields, in the peaceful, countryside town. Switzerland.
"Ow!" Peter flew off his bike, face first into the fence, on either side of the road.
"Watch your step!" Erland stopped his bike, and helped his brother up.
"We're not even walking, idiot." Peter hopped back on, and continued to pedal. Resistance is Relief after all.
A few minutes later, they stood in front of a decent-sized building, that gave the Impression of a log house. Flowers littered randomly near the front, and both of the boys neared the entrance.
"We're here!" Peter burst open the doors, "Professor Zwingli!"
"Oh, are you here for your started Pokemon?" A young woman a few years older than them appeared, along with a Lilligant, "Bruder is not here right now, so he left me in charge."
"So, what do we have to do?" Erland asked, looking around the lab.
Peter started twitching in excitement."Just register your Pokedexes, they have all of the current, discovered Pokemon in the AA region. If you want to visit other regions, just bring them to the local profeccer, or Nurse Joy." Lili pointed to a selection of different-colored Pokedexes on the counter, which the Lilligant was currently arranging.
