Jasmine woke up in her rather large bed to a note on her side top. The cake was delightful. On the other side there was a small drawing of her with smile on her face.
Jasmine got up seeing it was half past five. She got herself ready for work, her heels clicked along, which happened to wake up the sleeping hybrid. "It's half six what are you doing?" He asked speeding down to meet her in the middle."I have work. Not all of us can compel money to fall right into our hands." She said slowly, trying to get it to register in his mind.
"Love, anything you want I'll get you. You don't need to work especially in the middle of a war." He said laying his hands on her shoulder. Just that touch made her almost want to melt.
"Well, in that case, I'm going back to bed." She sighed, which ended with a yawn.

Now at twelve pm, she tried to find something to do along the neverending hallways. She stumbled across the library seeing Cami, Marcel and Klaus.
"That way, I'm too busy agonizing over whether or not I'm losing my damn mind to realize I'm playing spy for an immortal egomaniac." Cami snapped making Jasmine's heart tighten.
"You compelled her to go out with me, didn't you?" No-one said anything which gave Marcel the message. "And I thought you really liked me."
"So did I."
"Well, I mean, to be clear, I only compelled you to give him a chance. Anything you felt for him was quite real. And, for the record, the level of awkwardness we're all currently experiencing is entirely genuine."
"You think you're so clever, don't you, compelling the poor, naive bartender? Look what I found, real me, not your compelled therapist." She showed them a picture of them back in time.
"Well, actually I prefer devoted friend." Klaus made a joke making Jasmine roll her eyes.
"You think this is funny, messing with my mind? My sanity is not a joke."
"No, love, I don't believe it is. You never found this. You will remember nothing of our life as vampires when you leave here. Do you understand?" When Cami's compulsion work Klaus let her go. "I think that just about does it for the day. You may go."
Cami leaves them showing Jasmine stood behind the door. "Ah Jasmine I was wondering when you would come out from behind that door." Klaus said making her roll her eyes. She walked into the room picking up the paper that Cami had brought.
"I'm bored." She said throwing down the paper.
"Where are Jason and Jayne?" Klaus asked.
"They insisted on staying at Taylor's for the day and tonight." She sighed flicking her leg over the other.
"Well then love, I think it's about time I showed you the hierarchy of New Orleans." He gave a smug smirk as Jasmine gave a cocked brow. Marcel watch Jasmine in annoyance as she was so comfortable with Klaus and his natural violence surroundings.
"Humans have called a meeting. They're not exactly thrilled with the new status quo." Marcel said.
"How unfortunate for them." Klaus said with a smirk.
