Surprise ? ~ Lloyd

You laid in your bed, sound asleep. Lloyd had just waken up from a nightmare, and stepped into your bathroom to rinse off his face.

It was so quiet, not a sound could be heard. Lloyd couldn't even hear the person who broke in through a window, let alone, see him standing next to you.

Suddenly, a hand was placed over your throat, squeezing it tightly. You tried gasping, your eyes shooting open.

The man smirked and pulled out a needle, bringing it close to your skin. "I'm gonna let go of you, and you better not scream." He spoke.

You nodded, tears forming in your eyes.

He removed his hand from your throat, smirking. "Wheres the green ninja?"

"He- I-I don't know where he went."

"Bullshit. Tell me, now."

"Lloyd!" You screamed. The man pushed your head to the side, stabbing you in the neck with the needle and injecting you with an unknown substance.

You cried in pain, your eyes squeezing shut.

Lloyd rushed out of his bathroom, seeing the man. "Who the hell are you?!" He formed a ball of energy in his hands. "What did you do to her?!"

The man simply smirked and chuckled.

Lloyd threw the green orb and the man, knocking him through the wall and into Jay's room.

Lloyd rushed to your side, placing a hand on your cheek. "Hey, Hey look at me."

You softly cried and shook your head. "I-I tried to stop him-"

"You're gonna be ok... I promise." Lloyd pulled you close.

You laid in bed, drinking some water. Being drugged definitely wasn't fun. You looked over at the door and saw Lloyd.

"I've failed you." He whispered. "I wasn't there to protect you." His voice cracked.

"This isn't your fault-"

"It is! It is my fault! Because I was taking a shower... you had to pay for something that I probably did to him." He cried.

"I'm fine Lloyd, really-"

"No you aren't... I can't even imagine what you feel like... I can't protect you, I can't watch you get hurt."

"Lloyd, it happened to me, I'm fine!" You cried. "Why are you more focused on yourself rather than me?!"

Lloyd frowned and looked away. "This isn't working... y-you need to be with someone that can protect you... like Kai."

"A-Are you breaking up with me?" Your clenched your fists.

"It's... for your own good." Lloyd whispered before pulling on his mask.

"Fine.... but if you decide to come crawling back, you can forget it... I've given you a second chance before... you won't be getting a third."

"I didn't even deserve the second." He mumbled before running off.
