when we pulled up to the bowling place all i could think about was seeing emma, i know im starting to have feelings for her. question is, how would her, and everyone else feel? but hopefully doing what makes us all happy, being together, will work out fine for today. "ethan!" i hear someone yell from behind me, i turn around, its emma! "emma!" i exclaim.
emma:
"hi ethan!" i say. "you excited?" i ask as i hug him and then grayson as he jogs up. "yeah, you?" he asks. "yes! i havent been bowling in forever." i say, remembering the last time i went bowling with my mom in san fransisco.
all of the sudden i feel someone grab me and pull me backwards. startling me.
"hi sisters!" i hear james exclaim. "oh my god james, you nearly gave me a fucking heart attack!!" i yell, laughing. "sorry sister!" he says hugging ethan. "hey daddy!" he says practically throwing himself onto grayson. "hey james!" they both say back.
grayson:
"okay!" i say, gently pushing james off me. "are we going to stand around having a meet and greet or go inside and bowl?" "lets go bowl!!" emma yells, running ahead, ethan taking off after her.
about a minute after them james and i walk in, we get in the short line with them. "so, how long do we want to play for?" i ask. "i dont know! i just wanna goooo. whats up with this damn line?" james whined. "james, patience is NOT your strong suit." i laughed, just as we were walking up to the counter.
"well daddy," james said a few minutes later while we were leaving the line with our shoes, "i look good in any suit, so i dont need patience." james says as i roll my eyes. "i HATE when you call me daddy." i say, annoyed.
emma:
i was losing sooo bad by the time our time was up. "ohh myy godd, im so bad at bowling ughh" i said taking off my shoes. "oh wait," i yell putting on my sneakers, i want to take a picture!!" "ugh fine" ethan says jokingly.
we all strike a pose as my phone takes a picture on a timer, i post it, making sure to remember to tag them all.

"okay bitches! im tired, y'all all wanna go hang out at the twins house or?..." i say, standing up with my bowling shoes in hand and sneakers on. "i'm going home!" emma says, beginning to walk over to the twins.
"sounds sister-settled then?" i say, "see you guys soon!" i say, heading to the twins also. they stand up and we do the usual, hug and say bye. but this time something was different.
ethan:
normally saying goodbye to james and emma is always the same. but this time, i dont know i judt hugged emma, for like a while. i dont know why, i just did. "ethan. ETHAN!" emma yells, laughing. "you can let go now!" she says, squirming out of my arms and turning around to hug james and gray. " oh yeah, sorry." i say, scratching the back of my head nervously. "i was staring into space..." "yeah okay." james says suspiciously. finally, after were done saying our goodbyes we head home.
thank god, i dont think i can take any more awkwardness... hopefully it will be different next time weee together.
