"I don't know how I'm going to tell all the fans I have to stop making music. Please help me, Ryan," said Brendon with fear. Instead of responding, Ryan just stared at Brendon with a blank look.
"Please!" Brendon pleaded.
Ryan still just stared. Brendon felt like his friend just betrayed him, but he had nobody else to go to. He desperately needed help. He needed guidance. He needed someone to protect him. He just needed a friend. Ryan just stared at him. Deep into his soul. Brendon got scared. He didn't know what to think of this abnormal behavior.
Then he busted out of his slumber with sweat streaming down his face!
"It was just a nightmare," he thought, "Thank God."
He got out of bed, stumbled to the kitchen, and made some breakfast. He couldn't get his nightmare out of his, though. It was stuck on replay. The fact that he hadn't talked to Ryan for years and then he just showed up. That he "had" to stop making music. That couldn't be possible! Brendon was planning on making music until the day he died. How had he had dreamed such a scary thing on such a normal day?
Then, suddenly, the doorbell had rung. That was weird. Maybe the day wasn't as normal as he had thought. He went to the door, not expecting a surprise, but...
-------------------------------------------------------
He opened the door to find the one and only, George Ryan Ross! Brendon was surprised, confused, and worried. What if his dream was bound to happen? What if this was all a sign that he'd have to stop making music? What if he lost everything that made him happy? He was scared, but he said, "Hi!"
"Hi, Brendon! I wanted to see you...Well...I just...I want to be friends with you again. And I don't have a place to live, either... So I thought I could move in with you!" Ryan explained, blushing.
"Ummm... Yeah, sure. Why not?" Brendon managed to say.
Brendon then gave Ryan a house tour and made him feel at home. He showed Ryan the guest room and let him get comfy. He went to go finish his cereal, then he brushed his teeth. He went to go check on Ryan to see if he needed anything.
Brendon opened the door and was caught with a surprise! Ryan had jumped on him and started kissing him. Brendon didn't go into it, nor did he pull away. He had no idea what to do. He did have a crush on him when he was in the band... He could get into it or he could push him away. He didn't know what to do...
Then Ryan pulled off of Brendon.
"S-sorry, I h-had to. I have b-been dreaming of y-you and I n-needed to s-see you," Ryan stuttered, afraid of what Brendon would say.
"It is completely fine. I, well, I liked you, like a lot," Brendon responded.
Ryan and Brendon stood there staring at each other, blushing. Brendon had no idea what was to happen next. Ryan was nervous. He knew that he wanted to push back into Brendon. He knew he wanted a relationship with Brendon. He knew he was in love with Brendon. But if he told him that, would his love think he was crazy? Would he lose his chances? Does Brendon like him? That was the main question.
