Daniel POV

I was scared shitless! If anyone found out about the drinking incident I would be screwed. No swimming, no phone or friends, and no nationals!!! Ugh I hope that this is not anything bad...

"So have a seat Mr.Seavey." Principal Franckewitz ordered.

"So why am I here?" I spoke after a long silence.

"You are here because you were videotaped drinking at a party this past Saturday is that correct?" I refused to look at the video and tried to cover my ears.

"Yes but-!..! This wasn't my doing! I tried to get away from them they forced me! They even tried to drown me!! " I was having a hard time covering my ass with hardcore evidence right in front of me.

"Do you have any other proof besides this video?" I thought for a while when a voice popped into my head. Jonah....

"Actually I do sir! His name is Jonah Marais!! He goes to East Bluerock University!!! " Principal Franckewitz raised an eyebrow with the fact I was using a student from another school.

"Well if you say so. Oh and what's that on your neck? is that a hickey?" He pointed to the large hickey on my neck ....

"Uh.... What? Wait!"

" Oh my gosh! Are you gay? Wait is that THE Jonah Marais's jersey? Did you two fuck? " He kept questioning.

"Oh my gosh! I'm leaving! " I started to leave but he stopped me

"Wait you didn't answer my question! And if your witness or proof doesn't check out then you won't be able to be in any sports for the rest of the year and will have to maybe kicked out for underage drinking!"

I got out of there and went to find Jack in 2nd period.

Jonah POV

I was currently sitting in Astrophysics when the overhead speaker crackle .

" Jonah Marais please come to the front office, Jonah Marais please come to the office. " I heard a collective gasps and oohs flutter through the class. I got up and ran since it could have been related to the incident on Saturday.

"Yes Principal Cook?" I gasped for air.

" So I have called you down here because you have a student from Redwell West asking for your witness statement on a underage drinking incident on Saturday. "

" Oh! Okay then I will! " I stated what I had to say when I was done she called the other school and two other boys were brought down one from my school and the other from Daniel's. "

After school I went to the community pool with people from my team to get practice laps in. I was about to jump in when he showed up.....

"Why are you here?!!" ....
