Daniel POV

I jumped in the water and tried to pull him out but it was to no avail. I felt my lungs burn as I swam both of us to the surface. Jonah then grabbed me, making me release all of little oxygen I had left. We bursted through the water and floated there trying to catch our breaths.

"Karma may be a bitch, but anxiety is a whore." Jonah held me in his arms and I couldn't resist his soft sky blue eyes.....

"I never knew how nice your eyes were..." We both said in unison. He giggled at the weird synchronization. I took it in as it rang through my ears. I took the chance and kissed him on the cheek really quick.

I turned away waiting for him to punch and swim away, but he was looking directly in my eyes.

"What?" I was shivering, and not because of the cold.

"You kissed me..... A boy!" Jonah baffles at the action.

"Yeah so?.... You don't like that?"

" No! you just missed! " I was beyond confused at what he was getting at.

"This-"

Jonah pushed my back against the pool wall and kissed my lips tenderly at first but got rougher with every breath. I wrapped my legs around his waist and touched his chest, taking in the moment. We went underwater and gave one hungry kiss after another. We came up for air and my lips were beyond swollen.

"That was..."

" Intense! " I looked at Jonah as we got out of the pool and we tried not to kiss again.

"Oh hey here's your jersey back." I felt bad for making him fall in the water and hit his head. "That reminds me  is your head okay? Is it okay if I see it?"

" yeah its...fin-Ow!! " He slinked away as I gently touched the sore wound.

" Oh I'm so  sorry!! I didn't mean to hurt you!! Oh if I didn't go to far.. this would have never happened!! "

"Daniel!! I'm fine" he embraced me in a hug and I felt a kiss on my forehead.

"What about your jersey? Don't you want that back? " I asked and he shook his head no.

"You can keep it, it's one reminder that your mine." He growled in my ear.

"What??" Then Jonah attacked the other side of my neck and left a huge hickey.

"Hey!!"

" You're cute Seavey" Jonah winked at me and grabbed my ass.

"Perv!"

" Admit it! you liked it! "  Jonah laughed as he left the pool area.

"Whatever!!"

I grabbed my buttcheek and sighed. This was gonna be a long practice season....
