Raphael and Izzy just got home, one from the Hotel and one from the Institute. Both are exhausted from working and are ready to just turn in for the night. Raph lets Izzy use him as support so she can take her heels off by the door after Raphael took his shoes off. The loft is very quiet and that's not normal when four people live in one place especially since Magnus is almost always home. Neither of them knew that Magnus was working on something in his office that required silence and no interruptions. Neither of them knew that they shouldn't open the warlock's office door. Neither of them knew that opening the door would startle Magnus and end with both of them getting hit with his magic. Neither of them knew what would happen to them after they blacked out from the hit of strong magic.

Magnus is stressed as all hell. Someone requested a potion to make them young again. This potion required a lot of magic power and a complex spell that demanded silence and no one near him. He doesn't notice the front door open or the shift in his wards. He doesn't notice footsteps coming toward his office. He does notice his door open and it startles him. Without being able to control himself or his magic that is flowing from his hands, Magnus turns towards the open door and accidentally strikes Izzy and Raphael with his magic. All color drains from the high warlock's face as he stops everything and runs to the two unconscious bodies. He hears the front door open and can no longer remain calm.

"ALEXANDER!" "Magnus?! Where are you?! What happened?!" Alec runs to where he hears Magnus screaming from. The moment the shadowhunter sees the panicked warlock kneeling between their unconscious Littles with tears in his unglamoured eyes, his heart sinks. Alec kneels down beside his boyfriend and checks Izzy's pulse. He feels it and manages to calm down.

"She's alive but I don't know how to check Raphael. What happened?" "I-it's all my fault... I was working on something for a client and they came into the room and I couldn't stop myself before I hit them with the spell and-!" Magnus lets out a choked sob, breaking down in Alec's arms. The shadowhunter kisses the side of his head and tries to calm him down before turning their attention back to Izzy and Raphael. Alec picks up Raphael as Magnus picks up Izzy since she's lighter and he's still emotional. The couple places them both in their large bed and then return to Magnus' office to find out what might happen to them.

An hour later, Raphael wakes up to sniffling and someone shaking his arm. A fist goes up to rub his eyes and he discovers that it feels very small. His eyes open and he sees a baby with tears in her eyes beside him.

"Waph!" "Izzy?" "I so scawed!" All hell breaks loose as Izzy starts sobbing. Raphael can't help but join in her sobs, unable to control it. Their cries are loud enough for Alec and Magnus to hear them, causing them both to run to the room. The couple sees two babies crying their eyes out in piles of clothes on their bed. Alec immediately grabs the baby girl, recognizing her as Izzy instantly. Magnus then grabs the boy and puts two and two together.

"The spell... It was to help someone regain their youth and decrease their age..." "What do we do?!" "For now, take care of them until the magic wears off. How long that will take, I'm not sure. I think they're physically their headspace ages." "Do we have anything for them to wear?" Alec adjusts a now calmer Izzy, who has some of her brother's shirt wrapped around her hand that she is shoving in her mouth. Raphael is playing with Magnus' necklace and putting it in his mouth as well. The warlock tries not to scold the baby in his arms while Alec just rubs his sister's back and holds her close. The shadowhunter subconsciously kisses the top of her head then smiles against it as they walk to the nursery where Magnus shrinks all the ageplay stuff to fit the actual babies, Raphael's things being a bit bigger than Izzy's since his headspace is slightly older than hers and he's a bit bigger.

"We should get them both changed quickly. Raphael, I'm putting you in a diaper for now because I have no clue if you'll even need it." Raphael doesn't even acknowledge the man talking to him as he just examines the necklace in his chubby little hands. Alec smiles to himself as he puts his sister on the changing table, earning a whine.

"Relax, princess Isabelle. I'm just putting clothes on you so that you can be comfy." Izzy pouts and kicks her feet a bit before letting Alec tape a diaper on her. He then puts her into a little red onesie with a tutu on it, matching red socks, and a little red bow headband. Magnus laughs quietly to himself as Izzy models a bit sitting up and Alec takes plenty of pictures on his phone. The warlock has Raphael in his little footed onesie on his hip as they just watch the brother and sister duo. Without realizing, Magnus accidentally gets Raphael in the small bit of sun that is still up and peaking through the window. The boy doesn't even react in pain as the sun hits him in the face, he only covers his eyes.

"Bright." "What's bright, mij-OH MY HOLY SHIT!" Magnus panics and pulls him out of the sunlight, only to test it again to see that Raphael is unaffected by it. The adults both cheer to themselves and Magnus closes the curtain for now. Izzy whines at Alec to be held and he listens, holding her close to his chest gently. She then grips Alec's shirt, bringing it into her mouth again. The elder Lightwood stops her.

"No no no that's all dirty and you'll get sick. Let me find one of your pacis, okay?" Izzy pouts a bit but nods, opening her mouth when Alec brings her one. She sucks on it quietly and just cuddles her older brother. Magnus watches fondly as Alec sways slightly. The warlock then looks down at his pseudo-son and smiles.

"You're such a natural." "Glad to know. What are we gonna do?" "I'll take less clients and be more cautious as I work until we can get them back to normal. You go do your job at the institute while I'm here at home being a stay-at-home dad for a bit. We will get through this." Magnus and Alec share a small kiss before looking down at their newly regressed charges. Raphael is still playing with Magnus' necklace while Izzy melts into her brother's hold, sucking lazily on her pacifier. Alec starts to rub her back very gently before turning his gaze to the boy in his love's arms.

"Why don't we get a little movie night going and maybe some toys set out for these two cuties?" "Sounds like a perfect idea, Alexander." The two men of the group walk to the living room with both little ones in their arms and set them down on a blanket that Magnus snapped up along with a few toys for them. Both Littles gravitate immediately to the blocks and stack them a bit while a Disney movie plays in the background, leaving Malec themselves to just watch them silently.
