Jenna's POV

It's the last day of seventh grade and I'm going to a new school next year and I don't know how but I have to tell Joey I like him!

so after school I decided to text him

To Joey

Hey are u going to ola next year

From Joey

no I'm going to Higgins

to Joey

o That's cool can I tell u something

uh sure

I like u a lot and ik I'm prob never going to see u again but I just wanted to lift the weight off my shoulders and um idk if u like me but if u don't its totally fine

From Joey

Well Jenna I don't know any good ways to tell you this but I don't really like u in that way but I'm glad u told me thank you

To Joey

no problem um I have to go ill text u later

I lay down in my bed frustrated.

'You're so stupid why did u lay it all on him ughh u idiot' I thought

Joeys POV

'ARE YOU STUPID why didn't you just tell her UGHHH ur going to regret this' I think as I hop on to my bed

Jenna's POV

"Lindsey can I talk to you" I say to my older sister

"Jenna what's wrong?" she said as I sit down next to her nearly in tears

"I tried to tell this kid that I liked him but now he probably thinks I'm a total loser" I say as she hands me tissues.

"It's okay Jenna if he really did like you he would have been honest, but some people are just not meant to be" She says as she puts her hand on my back and pulls me in for a hug.

"I'm glad I have you as a sister Lindsey" is say while she hugs me.

"I'm glad I could help" she says.
