Frozen (Javier Escuella X Reader)

I wake up wrapped in blankets. Looking around I see another figure on a table sleeping and a fire. Where the hell am I? Slowly getting up I'm look at my outfit and I'm wearing a tattered housewife dress and my boots.

I slowly step towards the man and see he's been beat up real good. He has scratch marks all over his face and neck. On the foot of the table there's a belt, a revolver, and a hat.

I take the revolver and check to see if it's loaded. It is. I step slowly towards the door and press my ear to it. There's voices getting closer and closer.

As quickly and quietly as I can I press my self against the wall so that when the door opens it blocks me from view. The door flings open the freezing cold hitting me like a ton of bricks.

A seemingly old woman walk in then stops. "Ah shit. Arthur! Dutch! She's gone!" She goes to the bed I was on and waits for I'm guessing Arthur and Dutch to show up.

2 men come in wearing thick winter clothes blocking their faces from view. I shut the door and point the gun at all three of them.

"Put your hands up, and stay quiet." I put my finger to my lips signaling for them to shut it. They all put their hands up and stay eerily still.

"Where am I?" I ask walking in front of the door blocking any entrance or exits from happening. The middle man speaks up. He had a dark beard and a black hat. "We're in the mountains ma'am, runnin from the law." He explains.

Ah so they must be a gang, I wonder how many of them there are. He points to the lady still keeping his hands in the air. "This is Miss. Grimshaw, she nursed you back to health." He then points to the man on his other side.

"This is Arthur, he'll be showing you around if you would just put down your gun." He nods to the gun in my hand. "I'll put down the damn gun when you tell me where the hell I am. Where's Sadie?"

"Ah Mrs. Adler she's in the east cabin, she should be awake by now." Miss. Grimshaw says. She's alive. Oh my gosh she's alive! "Take me to her." I say putting the gun back on the table.

Dutch smiles and leads me with his hand. "Follow me Ms?"

"Perez. Just call me Liz." I say shaking his hand. We walk to Sadie's cabin and knock on the door. She opens the door and gasps. "Liz?"

"It's me Adler." I open my arms and we hug. Oh how I've missed these hugs.
