Jaebum looked up from his swing to see youngjae standing next to him smiling.

"Ahh youngjae hello..I'm just relaxing here I guess.. "

Jaebum replied to youngjae smiling. Youngjae looked at the empty swing next to him and looked back at jaebum.

"Can I sit next to you.... it's alright if you want to be al-"

"No it's okay, please sit"

jaebum spoke up cutting youngjae and motioned towards the seat next to him.

Youngjae gave the older a warm smile and sat on the swing moving forward and backward swinging slowly.

"Soo.." Jaebum started. "what brings you here."

"The same reason as yours.. I needed some fresh air and wanted to relax.."

Jaebum looked at youngjae who was staring at the pair of kids playing at the slide with a bright smile in his face.

The more jaebum looked at youngjae the more he looked like an angel. His smile was gorgeous and the way he looked at the kids with happiness and kindness brought warmness in his heart.

He accidently let out a chuckle because of the cuteness in front of him causing the oblivious youngjae to notice.

Youngjae looked at jaebum and saw that the older was watching him and felt heat rise in his cheeks. Jaebum looked away as soon as he got caught staring and couldn't help blushing.

"I really like kids." Youngjae stated looking at jaebum slowly." Do you like kids.. or do you have any siblings?"

"I have 2 younger brothers. They are very annoying but I still love them soo.. yep I do like kids. What about you jae? Do you have any siblings?" Jaebum asked the younger.

"I do but I'm the youngest in the family so I don't have any younger siblings" youngjae pouted and looked at his feet.

Jaebum smiled as he pulled out his phone which was connected to an earphone. He slowly untangled the earphone and picked one of the bud and offered it to youngjae.

Youngjae smiled as he took it and placed it on his ear. Muttering a thank you.

No one said anything after that. Both sat in bliss listening to music, smiling and looking at each other. It wasn't awkward, both felt comfort at the unspoken silence.

Only after it became late that youngjae spoke up asking jaebum.

"It's late. I think we should go back. You coming with me?"

"Uhh sure I didn't realize that it was so late."

Jaebum said as both of them stood up. He took youngjae's hand and started walking. Youngjae was embarrassed as first as he felt heat rise up his cheeks and his heart beating faster but started walking along with jaebum looking down.

Jaebum noticed the younger looking down flustered and just noticed that they were holding hands.

Before he could let go youngjae tightened their hold and jaebum couldn't help blushing.

"So.. what are your plans for Christmas jaebum.. " Youngjae asked breaking the silence.

"Nothing really. My parents are busy with their own stuff so none of us can get together for Christmas so I'll probably be here. What about you jae?"

"I'm staying here too. Mark and yugyeom are planning to prepare a party with a few of my other friends. Do you wanna.. maybe come?" Youngjae asked looking the older with a warm smile.

Jaebum felt his heartbeat quicken and tried to compose himself. Youngjae's smile was making him feel things.

"Ahh..sure I don't have anything else to do anyway." Jaebum replied smiling back.

They soon reached the apartment and it was time for them to let go.

Jaebum stood in front of youngjae's apartment dropping him off. When jaebum was about say his goodbyes whem youngjae interrupted him.

"Uhh.. Do you mind..giving me your number.. It's alright if you don't want to..I just thought that you know we could be friends and stuff. "

Youngjae started rambling since he was nervous and was afraid that jaebum would find it weird. But visibly relaxed as he heard jaebum speak.

"Sure. Let me take out my phone." Jaebum said with a big smile in his face. He was about to ask the younger the same question but was too nervous to.

He gave youngjae his phone and watched as the younger typed his number into the phone and pressed the save contact button.

"I guess I'll see you tomorrow at college jaebum hyung." Youngjae said as he waved to jaebum.

"Bye youngjae."

Jaebum started walking towards his door scrolling through his contacts searching for the younger's name and when he found it he let out a chuckle.

'Jae' jaebum read aloud and pressed the edit button to change his name to 'Jae♡'

Youngjae was getting ready to sleep when he heard a notification sound from his phone. He picked up the phone and checked to see the text.

Unknown: Hey youngjae! It's jaebum.

Youngjae smiled and saved the number before replying.

Hey hyung.😊

Jaebummie♡: today was fun. We should hangout more together.😺

Yes definitely hyung. I had a lot of fun and your music taste is really good!!

Jaebummie♡: aww thank you jae. I'm glad you like it.

Jaebummie♡: sleep well jae, I'll see you tomm.
