Ch.10 Dinner Kill

(Michael's perspective)

I stayed in this room for a week now, painting masks. Since I lost my favorite clown mask, I wanted to make a new one better than the old one. And I have nothing else better to do to waste my time with. The food wasn't so bad...but they could do better....besides I'm not really interested in food anyway. My mother and Dr. Loomis visit me in my room everyday. I don't really talk that much anymore cause....what is there to talk about. The only person I really talk to and take my mask off is my mother. Personally I think mom is going a little cuckoo too. She looks beat up and tired all the time. Dr. Loomis says she needs to see a doctor but she insists she fine and she wanted to see me. It's almost time for dinner with Dr. Loomis and mom. I clean my paint brushes and put them away along with the other materials i used. I heard the door unlock and opened. I turned and saw Dr. Loomis with two other guards standing there. " Good evening Michael, how did you sleep last night " he asked with a smile. "Good" i muffled softly. " I'm glad to here that, come with me" Dr. Loomis says. I quickly put on my new mask i made. It had my favorite color on it. Can you guess what color it was?....black. I followed Dr. Loomis to the cafeteria with the guards following close behind. To be perfectly honest I was...only pretending to be happy for the sack of my mother and the hope i could get out of here and see (Y/N) again. We entered the cafeteria and I see my mother sitting at the table waiting for our arrival. She looked over her shoulder and smiled. " Michael..." She says happily pulling a chair out and patting it signalling for me to sit next to her. I walked over and sat down. I looked at the food on the plate. It was mashed potatoes, steak, and veggies. Well....its better than nothing. I slowly eat my food and watch as the guards watch my every move. I starred at the knife to cut the steak with. " do you need help cutting your meat honey?" Mother asks i respond with a nod. I watch as she takes the fork from my hand and the knife and cuts the meat. I lifted up my mask just enough that i can eat. There was silence for awhile. " oh! Michael i brought you something, I thought you would want it.... looked important and it was on your dresser" She says digging threw her purse. She holds out to me a peice of jewelry. I looked at it and my eyes widen.

(Flash back)

"I can't take this, I know how much it means to you" I said. She closes my hand that had the locket in it. " Please keep it safe for me while I'm gone" (Y/N) says smiling.

(End of Flash back)

I snatched the locket out of my mothers hand and held it close to my chest. No one ever touches this locket. Although I am grateful she brought it back to me. Oh my love, I'm so sorry..... This is the only thing I have left of her. I felt a tear fall from my eye. I gently put the locket down on the table and slowly went back to eating. We sat in silence for the rest of the time with our mouths full of food. We finished our meal and it was time for my mother to leave. " Bye baby" she says kissing the top of my head lovingly. Dr. Loomis and my mother walked out of the room and my nurse walks in. She sits in front of me. I wasn't really paying attention to what she was doing. "Beautiful locket....couldn't possibly belong to you" she says putting the locket in her shirt pocket. She grabs the newspaper and starts reading. I played with my food a little. I stared at my fork than back at the woman and smiled. I quietly get up from my seat and walk behind her. If she thinks she's going to take what's left of my Angel....she wrong! I covered her mouth and stabbed her in the neck with a fork. She trys to scream and pull my arm off her but this bitch needs to learn not to mess with me. I kept stabbing her until she layed lifeless on the ground. The camera saw what I did and the alarm went off. I knelt down beside the lifeless body and got (Y/N) locket from her shirt pocket. I stood up and stared at the locket in my bloody hand. I kissed the locket and smiled under my mask. Don't worry my love. No one can stand between our True Undying Love. The guards rushed in along with my mother and Dr. Loomis. Has the guards grabbed me. I tried to escape there grip by kicking and screaming. I couldn't hear anything over the loud alarm going off ,not even my own screams. My mother ran over to me. I pushed her away and screamed like a maniac in her face telling her to stay away. She fell on the ground, crying. Dr. Loomis was just standing there in shock. I could see the fear in his eyes. It made me happy cause fear means respect. The guards picked me up and carried me to my room. I watched as Dr. Loomis comforts my mom. Her eye's were filled with sorrow and fear of what I've became. This.....monster! Good....she is better off without me anyways. The guards pushed me into my room and quickly shut the door and locked it before I could escape. I banged on the door and screamed wanting out. I made dents in the door and my hands were bruised but i didn't care. Eventually I got so tired I passed out on the ground from banging on the door and screaming.

Father....I hope you can forgive me...I'm not the child you deserve and I never will be but please.....watch over Boo, Y/N, and mom for me.....
