'WHAT???'

'I am your bias. Aren't I?' He giggled.

'No. Sorry.' I said in a deadpan voice. It was true, I didn't have a bias in NCT, one simply cannot pick. But I did, however, have a major crush on Him.

'But I'm so handsome.'

'And have a great personality along with being incredibly talented.'

He raised an eyebrow at me and smiled in an impish way.

'But you're not my bias.' I made a sad face at him :( and rubbed his back (ever so quickly).

He ignored me and took his phone out.

My phone buzzed.

I took it out and the screen lit up like it did whenever I got a notification. Oh, no.

He took the phone from my hand and pretended to squint at the lock screen.

'I THINK I AM.' He said holding the phone next to his face. As if I didn't already know it was him in the lock screen. I honestly thought I was done with embarrassing moments for the day, but noooooooo.

I tried snatching my phone from him cursing his stupid long hands. He watched me, amused.

'You don't have to be embarrassed. I already knew. AHHAAHAHAHAHHA.'

He tossed the phone to me and I was glad I hadn't dropped it. I unlocked my phone and passed it to him. Winwin was the home screen.

'This doesn't prove anything.' He laughed again and placed his hand on my head. I willed myself to not shiver. The cold was one thing but him...

I decided it was time to pull out the big guns, and by that I mean the twix chocolates I grabbed last minute. He happily took it from my hand and started munching on it. The other one I had started eating.

We sat in comfortable silence for a while enjoying the weather and the view. I slowly glanced at him, who was savouring the chocolate. 'THIS IS SO GOOD MAN.' He said in between bites.

'What are we even doing?'

With that, we both started laughing. This was stupid. It was freezing, we didn't know each other (I might be an exception) but here we are at 3AM, next to a river, eating chocolate and enjoying the company.

I pulled out another chocolate and he seemed impressed. I slid it to him and dug into my pocket for another one. My hands touched the pepper spray that I had carried, guilt flooded me.

I took it out and held it.

He was in the middle of opening the second chocolate when he saw it.

'What's that?'

'Pepper spray.' I was barely audible.

'Oh...'

'I'm sorry.' I bowed my head.

'Why? I think everyone should carry one, especially girls. OMG HAVE YOU EVER TRIED IT?' That was not an expected reaction.

Soon there was pepper spray in the air. We were both coughing and choking. Our idea of fun was quite dangerous.

Lucas got a phone call. He spoke for a few seconds and then ended it.

'You have to go?' I guessed.

'I told Hyung that I wanted to thankyou for today that's how I got out.'

I nodded, waiting for his thankyou but he just started munching on the other one. 'I told him I'd come back as soon as I thanked you.' He continued devouring the twix.

I waited for him to finish. He looked at me and then at my half-eaten twix.

He wasn't going to ask me for it. Definitely not.

Nope.

Finally, I couldn't resist the puppy dog look in his eyes,

I passed him my twix as well and he did not even deny it for curtesy sake.

'I EAT ALOT.' He stuffed his mouth with the last bit.

'I know.' I said a bit faster than I should have. He shot me a look and proceeded to lick his fingers.

'Just admit it, I'm your bias.' He causally stated.

We were in the middle of discussing if he won because of my clothes or because he carried it off. Once again, I found myself staring at him. How perfect his messy hair looked. Pretty eyes. Perfect nose. And sexy lips.

Ah, sexy lips.

I hadn't noticed he had stopped talking. He was watching me watch him and I was painfully unaware of this.

'I have sexy lips.'

'Yeah, you do.' I agreed. Wait, what?
