SoarinDash- Heartbroken [DISCONTINUED]

Chapter Four

   Ugh, my life is just getting fron bad to worse. All of HQ thinks that I'm dating Soarin and before I knew it, all of Equestria did. And it's all thanks to Misty Fly. Oh, if I could strangle her I would have. Not kidding!

   Anyway, today while I was flying over to Twilight's, I encountered some of Soarin's fanmares. They were staring at me in hate and disgust . I just rolled my eyes as a responce. Why all the hate? It's not like we're dating or anything.

   When I got to the castle, as soon as I opened the door to the map room, I was pulled into a hug by Pinkie Pie. "Congratulations, Dashie!" She shouted joyfully, still hugging me, "I knew you would! I just knew you would have gotten a coltfriend!" My eyes twitched, instantly knowing that she was talking about Soarin'.

   "You guys think we're dating too?!" I questioned loudly, finally ending Pinkie's hug. "Well, aren't you?" Rarity asked, her happy expression now turning into a concerned one. "NO! We're not dating!" I replied coldly. "I still ship it," Pinkie whispered into Applejack's ear. Psst, as if she thinks that I didn't hear (hey, that rhymes :D).

   "Then why did you two go on a date?" Fluttershy asked while tilting her head. "It wasn't a date! It was a-wait, how do you guys know?" I stopped mid-sentence to ask that question. "Um, it's on the newspapers," Twilight levitated the Ponyville Express to me. I grabbed it and read the first headline.

   'The talk of the town: Soarin Skies, second-in-command of the Wonderbolts and Rainbow Dash, the newest member, caught on a date by another Wonderbolt. Rumors spread that the two are dating, but the situation is not clear yet.'

   WHAT?! THIS THING MADE IT'S WAY TO THE PAPERS!? MISTY FLY, YOU B****!

   Sorry, excuse my language. I'm just so peeved about this whole situation. My friends even thought that we were dating. And it wasn't even like a date at all. There was no blushing, no flirting an absolutely NO KISSING.

   My friends looked at me, waiting for me to say something. Instead of speaking, I sighed. "Rainbow, ya'll don't need to tell us the entire story. We understand," Applejack said. "Yeah," the others agreed. "Thanks guys," I said as I smiled softly.

   "Oh, and guys, just one more thing," I started.

   "What is it?" Twilight asked.

WE ARE NOT DATING!!
