My first ever diary entry was on this exact day...

"Dear Diary,

Uh, Hi! I guess... I have never really done this before but it's worth a shot. Umm, my name's Zoie and I'm about to turn fourteen! Now... It's kind of awkward to say this but strange things have been happening... I thought I left those spiritual things in the past but clearly not. It's been two years since I last had a crazy experience. Granted, little things would happen every now and then but nothing major... Until a few days ago that is. Now, I know I may sound crazy when saying this but I think I am being watched. I do not know by who or what but something is there. I can sense it. I've caught them looking at me before...

Today I am left at home alone with my brother so I decided to do something stupid... I went into the woods next to my house. In case you didn't know I have one neighbor and an abandoned house not that far away. Last time I went there I didn't have a so pleasant experience. So yeah... I kinda did do something stupid but I don't really regret it which is the weird bit.

Now my cats definitely did not like the fact that I was going into the woods. Not one little bit but I couldn't help but be drawn in... I didn't even grab my yarn before I headed in so personally, I took the chance of getting lost. Who cares though? Heh... Not me. I looked behind me and saw that my cat, Cupi, was slowly trailing behind me with her tail between her legs. Poor kitty cat! What could be that bad here anyway... After all, it has been over two years so surely whatever was here before was gone. Right?

Suddenly I heard laughter so I followed the sound of it. It leads me to a place that I haven't been before. A homemade playground, it looked to be hundreds of years old though... I didn't spend much time there and I tracked my footsteps back to my home. When I finally got home I skipped to my room, turning on my music. I don't know what the hell creepypastas are but I sure did like the music that went with them! So who cares, right?

However though....when I play ANY SONG my tablet will glitch out and all of a sudden the lyrics will change and say "I'm coming for you.".

It's never done that before so it's kind of scary... I'm guessing someone hacked my tablet though or it's youtube messing up. I mean that's totally a logical reason for this to be happening to me. After two years the being can't be showing up again... I've done nothing wrong...

OH! Also, something that has been happening lately is that at about midnight I'll wake up to the sound of scratching on my window. It doesn't sound like cat scratches though... Or any animal for that matter. It sounds like claws or inhuman figures are doing it. Not to mention there are those beady red eyes that stare at me... Kind of creeps me out if I might say myself. Also, I can prove this! I'm not the only one that hears it!

Anyways, ya know what? Ima just signs off. I'll talk to you later diary!

~Sincerely,

Zoie"

Well what did you think?

I never would have guessed that I'd be sharing my diary but here it is. It is weird because as I grow older it seems like I'm forgetting things but with what I have written down it keeps me from forgetting... I guess in a way that is a blessing and also a curse. I want to forget but yet I can't seem to bring myself to fully forget. However, I can remember things that have made a big impact on my life. Like I remember the first time I saw that a mirror was truly a portal to another world.

Wanna hear the story? No? Well to bad!

Not long after writing my first ever diary entry, maybe a few days later. I was getting out of the shower and drying myself off. When dressed I looked in the mirror to look at my outfit, head to toe. Nothing off so like anyone I decided to twirl around in front of my body sized mirror. This was so I could fully look at my clothes and make sure all looked okay. I stopped spinning with a giggle and tumbled a little over my own feet but soon caught myself. When I caught my balance I faced the mirror and stared at the spot next to me. Billy (My childhood ghost friend) ran up behind me and hugged my waist. I pat his little head and he smiled up at me.

"How do I look?" I whispered so nobody else in the house could hear me.

"Amazing!"

"Awe thank you, sweetie..."

"Uh huh!"

Billy was five but was one of the sweetest kids I knew. He was my little buddy and I never wanted him to go. I smiled to myself but noticed a figure through the mirror up in the corner of my room. I widened my eyes and had a look of curiosity resting in my eyes. I turned around but there was nothing in the corner, surprise, surprise.

"Huh... Must have been my imagination..."

I turned back around to look at the mirror once again but that figure was still there. It took on the look of my brother but I knew that it wasn't him. It legit matched everything, his dark brown curly hair, and his almost chocolate brown eyes.

I shrugged it off and looked back at myself. I had a creepy grin plastered on my face with red colored eyes glowing at me. I jumped back and the mirror me just smiled wider and Billy then disappeared without even saying goodbye. I backed away slowly but the reflection soon went back to normal. I went up to the mirror and pressed my hand against it, my hand sunk in a little and I quickly pulled back. For the next few months, I had a white sheet hanging over my mirror... Nobody questioned why luckily.

Creepy, right? Yeah... That really did only happen a few days after my first diary entry. To this day I still don't like looking in my mirror because that creature thing shows up every now and then. Also, the figure in the corner is now a once a week thing that I see, it just happens to change the way it looks every now and then. Strange, I know.
