I'm sure you can guess that this is diary entry number two. Welp, here we go!
"Dear Diary,
I know it's been a few days since my first time ever talking to you. Should I give you a name? ...Hmm... Nah. Oops, sorry, getting sidetracked!
Anyways, I'm here for a reason. So... How do I say this? Uh, I've been scared lately, I guess. Quite a bit of strange things have been happening. Granted, so-called 'creepy' things haven't happened in a long time until now so I'm not really used to it. Although that doesn't change the fact that what's been happening has been abnormally strange.
I guess I should tell you about it, after all, you are here to listen to me no matter what diary.
So let us begin I guess.
Today, again, I did something stupid. I went to the abandoned house. What can I say? I'm drawn to it, it's like it calls me. So I grabbed my yarn with my trusty flashlight and did my usual routine, I tied the yarn to the fence so in the end, I wouldn't end up getting lost. Take in mind, it's starting to get really dark as I get ready to head in. With yarn in hand and flashlight on I made my way to the house, careful not to make to much noise nor show myself into much moonlight.
As I was drawing near the house I saw a light of some sort. Suddenly I see a shadow pass by a window so I crouch down and turn off my only reliable source or light, making sure to not let anything go, just in case. Out of nowhere, I see the light go out and the front door start opening. I squinted my eyes carefully as I tried to focus my vision in the dim lighting of the moon. I swear it was a human figure. I felt my heart freeze for a second, I couldn't recognize them.
'Deep breaths Zoie, slow and steady.' I thought to myself, 'it's going to be okay.'
Carefully and slowly I inched my way towards the house, keeping a lookout for that mysterious person I saw. Just as I was going to reach for the door I froze in fear. Too scared to even look up from the ground, something was there. Something bad.
"Run, run, RUN!" I heard someone or better yet something scream.
"I dare you... run." That time a burst of mechanical laughter followed close behind.
Finally, I got the courage to move but the straw that broke the camels back happened to be the last sentence the voice said before I took off running for the hills.
"We're here to get you!"
With that, I took off. I completely forgot about my yarn and was barely holding onto the flashlight as it was. I had no guts to even take a peek over my shoulder to see what was following me with heavy footsteps. With my house in views distance, I felt a sudden grip on my ankle that ripped me down to the ground. Now I had to look... To my surprise though I saw nobody or anything. Not even something that could trip me. Without a second thought, I stood to my feet and took off as fast as my legs would carry me. Quickly I hopped my bobwire fence and looked back one last time, panic rushing through my veins. Within no time I was in my room with the doors and windows locked.
Now that I got today out of the way let me tell you about last night.
So last night was a normal-ish night you could say. Well! It started out normal. As the day changed into the night was when it started to get weirder by the minute. It started out with the shadow creatures. But quickly intensified. I chilling in bed, texting my friends when I hear a rumble. So I sit up straight and look to where I hear the noise. It's coming from my window it sounds. I felt my bed steadily start shaking and I try to hold still. My curtains, shades, and walls began to shake too. Now, this of course started to freak me out a little but I tried to stay calm. Heh, didn't work too well I guess. Out of nowhere, it went quiet and everything stopped.
Welp, that's all that happened last night and today so I don't really have much to say so good night? Talk later diary!
~Sincerely,
Zoie"
So that was my second ever diary entry, what did you think? Also whether you believe me or not this all really did happen and for future reference, I believe anything is possible and real yet nothing is real. Confusing right?
