Alex took a shower and just laid looking at the ceiling. The door opened.
"Well, it's very quiet without any problems here." Luther said as he walked over. Alex imminently got up.
"Don't worry, I'm here to offer you, alliance. I want you join my rebellion or the Muertes."
"What?"
"I want you join me. Why be with the losers?"
"I rather stay loyal."
"I can't believe you haven't dropped the act of the American teenager. Come on, Alex."
"Isn't Alex, Xavier?"Luther smiled..
"I knew you were a spy when Johanna introduced us. Kaley saw you and Eduard sneaking the other day. "
"If you knew it was, then why-"
"Kill Alastar. He annoyed the crap of me. Besides all of us hate our father's. Alastar hated his parents. You never knew yours. Johanna hardly ever met her mother and her father is missing. Alex, if you join us. You'll have a family and help. Not like MI6. They don't even know where you are."
"No. I will never join you. I rather die." Alex put venom with every word, and smirk at Luther's finch.
"You'll pay. Alex Rider and beware I will keep you to your promise." Luther slammed the door. Alex glanced at his hands that were in fists. His knuckles were white and he felt the darkness surround him as the night and rain snoozed him to dreamless sleep.
