It's Sharon.

"Enjoy your afternoon" Jane said with a fake smile as she received some cash from the customer. As usual, there was not much for her to do in a typical Thursday afternoon like this. 20 customers top, plenty of time for her to get lost in her own world before another customer come in.

"I should have said yes" she murmured, chewing her inner lip while recalling the time her mom asked if she want to go to Italy with her during summer break. Her break would have been less boring if she said she wanted to. "It's too late anyway" she thought.

After having things run through her mind for a couple of minutes, Jane was interrupted by the sound of the bell ringing, it was attached to the glass door of the bakery shop. "Ugh another one"

"Good afternoon" Jane said without turning to face the new customer while she was arranging the cups on the storage chests above her head. "Eighteenth" she mumbled, and It was silent again after her words. After she was done with what she was doing, she turned back. As she was about to show her fake welcoming smile, something made her stop right there.

"Excuse me, do you have melonpan here?" said the girl in front of her. She opened her mouth, nothing came out except for the air she didn't know she had that much in her lungs. Her whole body froze and she didn't even know how many minutes have passed by before Jane could feel her feet again.

"Ugh, are.. Are you okay?" asked the girl. She is so small, however, looks mature. Her downturned eyes make her eyes look sad despite how happy she is. She has a mole on her nose bridge and some more all over her face. Her hair was dark brown, almost black and it fell beautifully around her shoulder. She was wearing a graphic tee with mini ripped denim skirt and Yves Saint Laurent shoulder bag.

After collecting all the details she could possibly notice from this customer, all Jane could see right now is a pair of eyes filled with questions. It was like she was looking into another person's soul as she kept being stunned.

"Beautiful" she muttered under her breath. After a few seconds of her trying to gain back her consciousness, the girl in front of her, once a again, spoke whilst waving "H.. Hey, Miss? You alright?"

"Ouch.. uhh.. s.. Sorry! Yeah I'mma.. I'm fine!" Jane said, almost jumping. "Oh, ok" The girl said with a small smile. Questions were still filling in her eyes as far as Jane could notice. "So, do you have melonpan here?" the girl repeated her question she asked a while ago. "Oh yeah we do, just give me a sec" said Jane as she quickly turned away from the counter and went straight to the storage room.

"What the hell was that" she said, almost shouting. "Was that a scene from some romantic movies her best friend keep watching?" She couldn't believe herself. "You are unbelievable Jane Karen Parker. Sticking in between dying from boredom and being torn apart by the owner of the bakery, and what now? Falling in love with some random customers? What the actual fuck is going on with you" she thought to herself and knocked her head to the door.

Not long after that, Jane came out with a tray filled with freshly made melonpan in her hands. "Woah" the girl said to herself softly, but loud enough for the other person to hear. "Uhm.. 3 please" she said, as she turned her attention back to a person behind the counter.

"That'll be 6 bucks" Jane said to her customer, hands busy wrapping things up and quickly hand it to the girl. "Thank you" the girl took the bag from Jane's hand in exchange with the cash.

Before she could make her way to the door, Jane stopped her, half shouting "W..wait!" She turned back to face the other girl behind the counter, eyes filled with confusion once again. "You want some coffee?" Jane said in a nervous tone.

"Eh?" the girl lifted one of her eyebrows, which made Jane regret what she said earlier. Her face had gotten red as a tomato. "Uh I mean I can make you one if you want some, there won't be any customer after this time anyway so we can just, you know" Jane said, looking into the girl's eyes for a split second before looking elsewhere in embarrassment. "Is.. Is that ok to you?" she reassured when she noticed the girl was silent for too long.

Suddenly, the girl's pouty lips twisted into a smirk. She then walked back to where she stood, tiptoeing so they are the same height. "It's Sharon" she whispered with some giggles and a smirk, leaving Jane in shock.

Their faces were inches away that Jane could feel the girl's Ikat Jasmine perfume. Before she could bring herself back together, the girl was nowhere to be seen.

"So it's Sharon then" Jane said to herself, small smile escaped her lips as she looked down to her hands that were now massaging each other. "Alright, maybe my summer isn't that boring anymore".
