The Fear Of True Loss

Ch-7 Places,restaurants.. oh man where is this leading to ?

We hanged out more often and each time it delayed ,I longed to see more .. “hello! Why are u staring like that ? ” Lida annoyed. “what ,nothing ” I denied . thinking to myself shish I nearly got caught ! . Today's choice was Lida's and since I was new ,she always surprised me “where to this time ? ” I asked while shoving her hair (it was windy ) “you'll know when u get there ! I promise ”she chucked with naughtiness. Curiosity took over my body .just at the sane time she slipped . I reached and grabbed her waist .For a moment ! It was just us ,her eyes searching mine ,for answers were both asking .For the first time I could see her face as whole . The small ocean eyes ,cute nose and perfect lips !! We both had no idea what to do next ! We were just lost in time ,unmoven ,who would make the next move ?
Then Lida shushed  “ohh! I can't do this " her eyes pleading “and u know the reasons why ,Let's move and forget this ! OK ,Ethen come on ! ” Grabbing my hand ,in utter silence we ran . her beauty unimaginable .........

The hosts of the restaurant must have expected some teenage couple and treated us with kindness ! It was awkward till Lida broke the silence (ice-breaker) “how's history? ” “oh ! Its fine ,just the dates” then I asked doubtfully "how's life ?" .
“it's beautiful,..... Ethen ......do you .....ummm......it's just ......? ”
She fluttered nervously ."Lida , even I wanted to ask you ... Do u ? " I asked in defeat . both of us stunned as to what we were asking each other we both looked down . I looked around at the arrangements , we were facing each other ,opposite. To each other .uneasy questions encroahed  my brain ....was this a set up ???? My mind raised ,heart was beating 12times the rate it usually beats  .

Then without thinking ,she leapt from her chair and put her lips on mine(kissed ) I was frozen I couldn't move,instead ... I sat like a stone !!! Usually guys would make first move ? !! But lida was different our hearts racing ,the world turning faster and faster ,consuming all the air inside my lungs !!! My lips hurt like hell ,but I still needed more !
Then she yanked me and fell in her chair ,both of us frozen .. After a course of 5 mins I looked around relieved to see no one was watching us . what was going to happen ? Is this how Lida treats her past boyfriends? Puzzled me
No ,Lida would never do things like this ! I knew she trusted me ? Lida started "ummm .... I ..." Giving me a perplexed look . I stammered “did u just ... ?” Lida smiled"I mean .. Yes I think so ” she blushed “I never thought that it would happen now ”
We both laughed ! Then the phone call came ,Lida said “Jason's gonna pick me ,come let's go outside !” she paid the bill walked across the blue side ! It is beautiful isn't it ? Lida awed ! I nodded in a complete loss of words .
