"I'm gonna go get something to eat, do you want something?" Collin asks, standing by the door.
You watch him from your comfy spot on the couch, thinking if you were hungry.
"No I'm good" you focus back on the Tv.
Colin grips the keys in his palm. "Do you want something to eat?" He rephrases his question.
"No" you say again.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah" you wave him away so you can focus back on your show.
Colin shrugs stepping in the elevator, heading down to the first floor. He slid into his car, cruising to the nearest fast food place which happened to be a McDonald's but he wasn't feeling very picky at the moment.
He had a deadline to meet so the sooner he got home to his computer the better. He ordered him a classic hamburger meal and drove himself back to you.
He sighs hearing the heavy elevator doors fall closed behind him. The tall man sets his grease stained paper bag on his computer desk.
He plops down in his rolling chair, pulling his burger and fries onto the desk. He types his password while eating a few fries.
He runs through the finished product of his new game while unwrapping his burger, taking a large bite.
While being completely involved with his work he doesn't even notice you walk up to him.
In the corner of his eye he sees the burger get swiped off his desk, knowing exactly who it is he sighs, leaning back into his rolling chair.
He looks up at you, munching down on his food. You smile sheepishly, wiping the corners of your mouth.
"I asked you if-"
"I know, I'm sorry, I just wanted a bite" you laugh, placing the food back on the table.
"Now you're gonna stand here and explain to me why you said you weren't hungry but ate my food" He props his feet on the desk, holding his hands together.
"Babe stop" you whine. "I'm sorry"
"Go on"
"I just wanted a taste, it's not like I ate it all" You walk past him to the kitchen, for a bottle of water.
"Ya bastard" he says quietly but loud enough for you to hear him clearly.
"What did you call me!?" You yell playfully, shuffling back to your spot on the couch, while staring him down.
"You heard me" Colin mumbles, taking a sip of his drink.
