||Ten||



   
         I was standing infront of the mirror, fixing my curls and i saw him  laying his weight on the door frame looking at me lazily. I mentally rolled my eyes and grabbed the scarf and did it with afew rolls and let my curls free at the front. Then i grabbed the edge brush and styled my baby hairs on the edges.



   "You really know how to rock head scarfs," he commented. I felt an unfamiliar swelling in my chest and looked at him funny, "mmh.. Can you go back tomorrow  normal? Like diss me or sum'? What we fighting about next? This is so fucking awkward yoh."
   He furrowed his brows, "i like this. Talking without fighting with you."
I shaked my head and put lipstick on.
Then we walked to the living room where everyone was. By everyone i mean, Aurora, Sal and Enna. My brother was on the way with his girlfriend and his beloved daughter, Rosa.

   Looking around, i frowned, "Enna! Where's my boyfriend?"
She chuckled and answered, "he is supposed to come with his papa anyt-"
The door flew open and my legs were immediately cuffed in tiny little arms.
"Hey Emilianna" Cole, Enna's husband greeted with a grin.
I waved laughing, "nice to see you too English boy," then i looked down at the cute little boy who was already looking up at me. Leonardo James Cooper. Apparently, since Enna is Italian, they decided to call him Leonardo instead of Leonard and her beloved husband was up for it, though he is English.



    Blond hair, mesmerising black eyes with a rim of grey, Leonardo was the cutest boy I've ever seen.
I took him in my arms and sat him on the dining table. And stood right infront of him. "You're getting heavy darling, what do you eat these days?"
"Hi Lia. You look pretty today," he said.
I put on a fake frown, "don't i look pretty everyday? Do i look ugly?"
His face turned horrified, "no. No. I didn't mean that. I mean you always look beautiful everyday. You just look extra today."
I hugged him and laughed along with the crowd listening to our interaction.

"Lia, did you miss me?" he blushed deep red. Ugh! See, the cutest.
"Of course i missed you darling. Did you miss me?" i kissed his small hand.
He nodded vigorously and cried, "i always miss you Lia. So much."
Urgh. I just can't. This boy's cuteness is too much.
"Aww. I feel so special Leo," i cooed and hugged him.
"But you are special Lia. Very special," his cheeks were tinted red.
Oh my God. He's such a charmer.I forgot how smooth this kid is. Ugh, he'll be such a heart breaker.
"Now can i get a kiss from my special boyfriend?" i asked him. He smiled and took my face in his small hands and pecked my cheek lightly then retreaved.  He was really blushing. Like oh my God.
He then pat his cheek with his index finger.
Oh he wants me to kiss him now.
"You want me to kiss you there?" i asked him, a smile on my face.
He nodded, a small grin making its way on his adorable face.
I turned to Raphael who was seated with the others, watching our interaction. "I wonder who taught him that?!" i said looking at Raph directly.
He shrugged as the others chuckled.
I then bent down and showered Leo's face with kisses as small girly giggles erupted from his mouth. Too cute.
    "I've never been more jelous of a four year old kid," Raphael grunted. I pretended not to listen as the rest laughed at him and soothed his wounded heart. Watch the sarcasm.
   He said he wanted to get down and i helped him.  He ran to his father and took a bag from him and rushed back to me.
"Lia, i know you love white chocolate. So i told papa to stop at the supermarket and get you some," he handed me the bag.
I looked inside, it was one of my favourite chocolates, Bovetti.
I hugged him and kissed his face all over again.

Next thing we know, the door is open again and now it was my brother and his girlfriend, with their cutest girl ever, Rosa. Her eyes looked around and fell on Raphael. She grinned and struggled out of her fathers arms, "down. Down. Down papa." She stretched her small arms to Raphael, "uncle Raphy..  Uncle Raphy."

Austin finally bent and put her down, she dashed and hugged Raphael who scooped her in his arms effortlessly.
"Princess, I've missed you too."
He smothered her with kisses and grinned back at her, "can i have a kiss to make your aunt jelous, princess?"
  She blushed but shaked her head no. Everyone erupted in laughter, i was almost on my knees. Leo giggling infront of me. "Raphy, how does it feel to be rejected by a four year old? Or is it three year old?" i asked him with mock concern, my eyes dancing with laughter.
He fake glared at me and handed my niece to me. I put my hand on his chest and he tensed. I rubbed right above his heart, "don't worry. I'm trying to sooth the pain. I know it burns honey."
With Rosa in my arms i walked to my brother who was now seated with Lilly. I stopped in my tracks when Rosa opened her mouth, "I love you Uncle Raphy."
   He had that look in his eyes. That look that said, he was gonna say shit.
He grinned, "now princess, if you could tell your aunt to tell me that too. I'll be happier."
I smirked, then put my sad eyes and pouted, "too bad you're not my uncle."
He looked me straight in the eye and said smugly, "but i can be your daddy."

     Austin hit him with a pillow from his seat, "not in this life bro! Don't even dream about it."
"We'll see brother. We'll see," he grinned and winked at me before walking back to his seat with his nephew in his arms.
I rolled my eyes and hugged Lilly, who was grinning at me mischievously.
We talked about the week and how things have been. Two hours later, we were at the airport, boarding the De Luccas private airplane to California.
