"Now intorducing... Niall and Delaney Horan!"  the announcer announced, and we mounted the stage.

"Ready?" my brother asked, and gripped my hand.

    "Ready."

The two of us were standing in line with thirteen other people, who were chosen to stand. We were all contestants, who wanted to audition to get in the the biggest, most amazing fine arts school in London, known as Stars. Niall and I auditioned as partners, & sang a song to the judges. We had finished our preformence and now everyone was waiting for the judges desicion. Those who were standing, and those who were sitting. We didn't know which ones would be moving on.

Finally the announcer spoke. "Everyone has done a fabulous job auditioning. Sadly, only fivee of you can be the winners." he said and coughed. "Remember, if you don't get in this year, there is always next year looking for an oppourtunity. Now, those who are standing..."

My body was on fire. I was sweating like a pig, and my brother was looking down, his eyes closed. I decided I would do the same.

"Those who are standing, will proceed to the next judging." he announced. I leapt with joy.

"It's not over yet sis." my brother told me, and I nodded knowing he was right. Now, the judges had to take the scores of the leftover ten people, including Niall and I, and pick the five people worthy of having a scholarship.

We stood on stage, waiting for what seemed like hours until they called for our attention.

"The winners for the 2014 annual Stars scholarship go to... Ms.Katie Bellhorn, Mr.James Peterson, Mr.Niall Horan, Ms.Delaney Horan, and Ms.Angelina Hue!" he announced, and I nearly broke a heel from jumping up and down so much.

"Come on! Let's go call mum." Niall said with a big grin on his face. We hugged each other tight for a long time.

"I knew we could do it." he whispers in my ear.

"I knew it too." I said, and he laughed.  "What?" I smirk, his laugh always makes me smile.

"You were the one sweating like a hog up there!" he laughed.

"True... but we won! Let's just get our scholarships and celebrate!" I exclaimed.

We ran, and yes I ran in heels, to go and get our scholarships, which were in the Judges hands.

"True beauty and talent must I say." a gentleman in his late thirties told us, as we recieved our one way ticket to a new life. A better one.

All our lives, we grew up in a poor household in northern Ireland. We barley had any money to eat, or get any clothes let alone send us to a school to persue our childhood dreams. To become a star. And now, thanks to my dead grandmum, we have over fifty thousand dollars, enough to start over and get a new and improved life.

"Thank you sir." I smile, as we walk back to our house in central London.

On the way out of the building Niall claimed he had to use the bathroom so, I decided to wait on him outside.

Turns out it was raining. I sighed. Neither of us has a jacket or umbrella in hand, and I don't want to get my scholarship wet.

"You need a umbrella?" I turned. There was a guy, a teenage guy. And he's extremely hot. He's wearing a black trench coat, and had nice golden brown hair.

"Um, yeah."  Right when I said that he handed me an umbrella.

"Thanks, but if you need it I don't - " I started but I got cut off.
