Emma's P.O.V
In the car, I put my headphones in and listened to my music. I listened to Give me love by Ed Sheeran. Its my favourite song and it's by my favourite singer. I must have feel asleep, because I was awoken by the car crunching on gravel. "Em?Emma?" Lola spoke softly to me. I groaned and stretched, looking out my window. Before me was a very big house, 'Elm Tree House'. "Lola opened the car door for me and I got out. "Now, don't worry, you'll be fine.OK?" Lola said,in her calming voice. I nodded my head and walked towards the door. I was wearing a navy blue top with white shorts, a beige bag, heart necklace and charm bracelet. I kicked my white trainers against the gravel nervously. I'd put my hair in a plait the night before so it wasn't as frizzy. "Ready?"Lola asked. I nodded my head and knocked the door.
Almost immediately, a man answered. He was tall and bald, around middle aged. "Hi, I'm Mike. And this is Gina!" he pointed at a woman with bright colourful clothes on. "Hello, you must be Emma." she smiled. I smiled politely, putting down my bags to shake their hands. "Hello." I greeted them. Lola had the rest of my things. Just then, I heard a rumble. I saw a flush of kids come down the stairs. They stood and smiled. Then they started asking loads of questions. "Wait what's your name?" "Is she sharing a room?" "How old are you?" "Why are you here?" "QUIET!" Gina shouted. Everybody flinched and a few people put there hands to there heads. "Go to the living room! Go on, let the girl breath!" Everyone reluctantly did as they were told. Wow, that woman can shout! I thought to myself. "Come to the office, yeah!? We've got some forms to fill in." Mike said. I looked at Lola and she gave me a reassuring smile.
After filling in paperwork, Mike brought my stuff up to my room and it was time to say goodbye to Lola. "Listen, I'm only a phone call away, yeah? You're going to be fine!" she said. I gave her a big hug. You see, she's like a sister to me. She left and I was taken to the living room to see the others.
(A/N: Hi again! So this is the first proper chapter of the story! I know its a bit rushed but I'm not that good a writer. I'll try my best though. I'm still working out how to add pictures to a story on WattPad but I will put the clothes on after. Hope you enjoyed! x
