Long sweaters
on my arms
in the summer time
it's outside
but I don't mind
it covers everything I hide
I say it's for style,
to seem like I don't care
But that's all a lie
I notice everything that's their
why do I wear sweaters
in the summer time?
To cover my arms
that are covered with scars.
And while you're too focus
on pretty sweaters
I'm silently hoping
everything will get better.
