This is dedicated to @enigmaticmuslimah @ScatteredPearlz  @sophrosyne_ @ToBeFree and @HijabiWarrior for tagging me.^_^

So twenty facts about me. Caution! Don’t blame me if you get bored!

1. First and foremost would be the fact that I’m a Muslimah and a very proud one too. Islam is the blood that courses through my veins. But like any other Muslimah out there I’m not perfect, I go through constant spiritual highs and lows in my faith and I struggle, but to me, that’s what increases the sweetness of Imaan even more J

2. I’m a born and raised Bangladeshi/Bengali although more often than not, I receive remarks concerning my not-so-Bengali looks. And English is not even an official language in my country.

3.    I’m currently undergoing my last year of college/high school in the institution I’ve been attending for the last 14 years (including preparatory 1and 2) with the same circle of people! (yes, some of them I know from diaper days ^_^)

5.  My classmates nicknamed me Chaowmin, yes, after the delicious Chinese Chow mein noodles and because it rhymes with my name and apparently I resemble the Chinese people somehow (I don’t have a clue as to how though; I don’t even have squinty eyes!) Must be the 4th grade Chinese Bangs J

6.  I started wearing the Hijab in 7th grade and abaya from 8th. And Inshaa’Allah I plan to start the niqab in the near future.J

7.  My favorite subject is Biology (mostly zoology but botany is good too). The masterful design and intricate functions of the human body never fail to amaze me, SubhanAllah. How Great must be the Creator, if His creations are so magnificent!

8. I find deep interest in Islamic History. It’s very intriguing and equipped with so much knowledge to learn from.

9. I sleep with my pillows over my head rather than in under.

10.I used to be a hyperactive child and up until 3rd grade people used to mistake me as a boy.

11.I am severely claustrophobic and that disables me from using an elevator so I always have to take the stairs up to the 8th floor several times a day. I’m also very fearful of any kind of flying insects.

12.I am fascinated by the water. I live in a country that despite having a tiny area has 700 small and big rivers flowing over it and not to mention the sea, the Bay of Bengal. Everywhere you look, there is water and it allures me and calls to me. Must be why I continue to find myself in the flow despite my sheer lack of swimming skills. But then again, they say we Bengalis are born with the skills to swim :P

13. I have a paternal cousin (4 years older than me)who can be passed as my twin (yep, we look That much similar)XD

14.I am a bit shy and awkward at first encounter, but once you get to know me, I’m super friendly!

15.I’m a feminist. (and yes I know the difference between gender ‘’differences’’ and gender ‘’discrimination’’) I don’t demand for equal rights or inheritance for both man and women. Rather I demand that women should be given their true rights, respect and honor in society that Islam has established.

16.I’m a book-aholic and strong and dignified female characters in stories truly inspire me.

17.Crying is my outlet for every emotion. No seriously, I cry when I’m happy, upset, frustrated, angry or depressed or anything! I can never control the tears.

18.I think, more than I talk and once I’m engaged in one of my ‘thinking’ sessions, I zone out from everything surrounding me. Also every once in a while I try to just step out of my shoes and assess myself from a third person point of view ( I know it may sound weird but that’s me)

19.If I could wish for a super power, I would want a kind of vision that would enable me to see my shortcomings, limitations and imperfections before others’ (because we more often than not become blind to our own faults) so that it would keep me humble, repenting and remind me how much I need Him always.

20.Lastly, I love Wattpad and All my friends here from the core of my heart and for the sake of Allah (swt) ^_^ Wattpad has truly been a blessing for me and I thank all of you for making my life more brighter with your presenceJ
