~Backstory~
Kyukichi Katsuragi, the corrupt superintendent of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, is a man known for his wicked mind, cunning tactics and multiple cronies.
Kyukichi's long and prolific career of corruption started one day, when one of his friends, a high-ranking police commisioner, offered him a chance to join the TMPD. From there, he used his multiple connections to artificially inflate his record and by only half a year, he became the superintendent.
From there, his reign of terror began, offering unparalleled protection to yakuza and other rich criminals, while eliminating some of the smaller-time criminals. His "greatest accomplishment" was that of framing up former bosozoku gang member Jun Katsuragi for a murder which he actually committed.
Now that the corrupt superintendent found himself in the Erase game, how will Kyukichi use his rank and resources to ensure victory at his hands?
