Vic's POV
Now we have to tell Morris and Weasel. This is going to be fun. When we walked through the door Morris and Weasel were standing there.
"Well well if it isn't Oscar and you." Morris said
"She has a name Morris." Oscar said.
"Then what is her name?" Weasel asked
"Victoria." Oscar said
"Well then why is she still here?" Morris asked
"Because I adopted her this morning." Oscar said.
"WHY DID YOU ADOPT HER?!" Weasel screamed. Oh no.
"BECASUE I CAN AND I DID." Oscar screamed at them. Oh no not yelling. I didn't heard the door open until Oscar said....
"Kid Blink. Get Vic out of here this is not going to be pretty and I don't want her to witness this." Oscar said
"Ok. Come on Vic." He said and I nooded. We ran into the lodging house and all the newsies were there including Davey and Les. I statted to have a panick attack. I started breathing heavily.
"Vic calm down they can't hurt you while your here." Kid Blink said and sated to calm down but then I heard yelling coming from the house then a loud crash and then silence. I heard footsteps heading towards us.
"Hide her." Kid Blink said and I hid behind Jack and Davey. I silently started to cry becasue I knew I would get hurt.
"Oscar?" KId Blink asked
"Yeah it's me." Oscar said. I pushed through Jack and Davey and saw Oscar standing there unharmed. I ran to him and gave him a hug. I was so happy to see him.
"Jack Vic has to stay here tonight. I need to keep her safe." Oscar said and I smiled. He does care about me.
"That's fine with us." Jack said and I smiled. They really do care about me all of them.
"We have an extra room that you and Vic can share." Jack told Oscar
"That's great. Thanks." Oscar said and with that everyone went to sleep.
