Not A Love Affair

Narrator's POV

Tina was sitting at her desk making a graph for tomorrow and Jeonghan was watching her at first until he couldn't handle his emotions. "I don't like... Lucy and I know you know that but I like you, Tina." Tina couldn't believe what she had heard so she slowly looked up at him. 

"What did you just say?" She asked him to repeat it. 

"I like you and I've always liked you since the day that you sang with Joshua in the choir room." Jeonghan pulled her up into a hug and he didn't want to let her go. 

"J-Jeonghan... you have a girlfriend though." Tina pushed him away while looking down, not wanting to suddenly confess to him either. 

"I know! But I'm only dating her out of pity and we both know that!" Jeonghan exclaimed he pulled Tina's head up by her chin to look at her completely red face. 

"But I'm afraid that I can't be a good girlfriend with the family circumstances that I'm in. I'm sorry Jeonghan... I like you but I can't and won't have you." Tina pushed him away from her a little more. 

"Please! I like you!" Jeonghan shouted. 

"His confession is sincere why aren't you accepting it?" Taeyeon asked, leaning in the doorway. Tina looked up at him in quite a shock at what he said, "You heard me I'm giving you permission to date him." 

"But... I can't... he's already dating someone." Tina told Taeyeon. 

"Tina, you wanna know why I pushed all of your previous boyfriends away from you? It's because I knew they didn't really like you, they only wanted you from a perspective that they saw you in. Which was them in your pants, I don't care how much you hate me for it but I did it because I know what boys want and I don't want them to hurt my little sister. Now if Lucy was my little sister I would've pushed Jeonghan away from her because I knew that he didn't like her if he was coming to you like this, Jeonghan came here to confess to you and you like him but you're rejecting him because of me? I'm kinda hurt." Taeyeon explained his actions that had left her questioning for years and all of the pieces fell together. 

"I will go out with you under one condition." Tina looked up at him, tears welling up in her eyes. 

"What? What is it? I'll do anything." Jeonghan was determined to make Tina his. 

"If you break up with Lucy first, at school and face to face. We have to finish this project without any specialties and it'll all work out, besides the deadline for this project is next week. You can handle it," Tina told him as she turned back to her desk. 

"So you're saying once we're done with this project, I have to break up with Lucy and then you'll go out with me?" Jeonghan asked. 

"Yea but... give it about a week after you guys break up so that it doesn't seem so sudden." Tina just kept coming up with excuses as to not get together with Jeonghan. 

"No, when I break up with Lucy I'm going to find you where ever you are and make you mine." Jeonghan was persistent with this mission. Tina just let him do whatever he wanted to do and went back to the graph and they started to go out before dark, it was barely 5:30 and it started to get dark out already. 

"Alright. We'll just go home and rest up for a while and then we'll go again tomorrow." Tina told him. They both washed up and Tina went to go keep Jeonghan company for a while, she was listening to Big Bang and hummed their song. 

"It's been a while since I've heard you sing, how about you sing me a lullaby?" Jeonghan asked, holding her hand. 

"No, I'm tired actually good night Yoon Jeonghan." Tina smiled at him and left the room. 

~Time Skip~ 

The weekend was over and Tina and Jeonghan got the results that they needed. This was their last day working on this project and then they had to present it, they decided to do it two days after today and they were planning to do a video. Jeonghan suggested that they do it at his house and Tina agreed to the idea since they were always working at her house. 

They had arrived at his house and the moment that Tina had stepped into his room it was nothing like she's every seen. "What the..." Tina looked around his room, "Does Lucy know?" 

"No she doesn't. I've never shown her my room let alone be let into my house, it's always been at her house whenever we hung out." Jeonghan complained. 

"Ahaha alright." Tina laughed. Jeonghan's room was filled with little figurines from many different role play videogames and posters from certain animes. "I really like your room, it represents you a lot." 

"Thanks, I never really had anyone compliment me on my room." Jeonghan started to become flustered. 

"Alright are you ready?" Tina asked him as she set up the camera. 

"Yea." Jeonghan stood right next to her. 

They had presented their project all on camera and only a few lines had been said and they finished their video within seven minutes. Tina sat on his bed and let out a sigh of relief, she stood up right away to get ready to leave but Jeonghan's mother insisted that she stay for dinner. Tina did stay for dinner but she had already called Taeyeon to come pick her up and just as Taeyeon was pulling up to Jeonghan's house Lucy had stormed in. 

"What the hell Jeonghan?!" Lucy exclaimed. 

"What are you doing here?" Jeonghan asked Lucy. 

"So you were cheating on me with Tina?!" Lucy shouted that started to turn into cries. "You're such a bitch!" Lucy slapped Tina, finally done with all of Tina's shit. 

"I didn't do shit you brat!" Tina shouted and pushed her away.
