Jungkook was swinging nervously on an uncomfortable, white chair in the waiting room as he fought back his tears. He looked down, feeling as if the world was shattering next to him.

He's been waiting for a long time, he was definitely growing impatient and more worried as minutes passed by without knowing taehying's state.
He gulped, sighing heavily.

A doctor finally walked out of the operations room with a happy face that reassured Jungkook.

"Sir, the hybrid's state is now stable. He was saved in the right time, and even that his wound is a bit deep but it'll heal soon. Happily, he didn't lose a lot of blood. He's sleeping now, you can see him" the doctor smiled slightly, and Jungkook nodded. He felt like a heavy weight that was on his shoulders is now gone.

"By the way, what are you to him?" The doctor sat next to Jungkook, asking him with a curious tone. Jungkook swallowed nervously his saliva. He can't tell them the truth, which will lead him to only one solution, lying.

"I'm his boyfriend"

He grinned, showing his cute bunny teeth. The doctor nodded, staring intensely at how Jungkook adjusted his face mask and black hood. He approached him, noticing a weird red glimpse in his irises.

"That's cute" he commented, his eyes still following Jungkook which made him uncomfortable. He coughed awkwardly, breaking the moment by standing up and heading to the room with hurried steps.

"Wah, those humans..." He shook his head, taking the hood off his head and his face mask to reveal his handsome face and incredibly soft hair. He felt like he really needed blood, but he shrugged off his need and got a chair to sit next to taehyung's bed.

He sadly smiled, small tears forming in his doe eyes. He held taehyung's hand in his, feeling like feelings got mixed up inside of him, causing him to feel happy and sad in the same time.

Taehyung slowly opened his eyes, examining the white place he was in with an adorable confused look. His eyes landed on Jungkook, and his pink lips curved up in a smile.

"Taehyung..." Jungkook muttered, kissing taehyung's hand and staring at him lovingly.

"What happened?" Taehyung blinked few times, confusion written all over his face again.

"That f.ucking prick tried to kill you" just the thought that crossed Jungkook's mind again made him grit his teeth, and his brain began to plan a way to kill his father in.

"Oh, I remember that now" Taehyung sighed, before wincing in pain.
"God, this is painful" he muttered, flinching because of the pain he felt just as he moved slightly on the bed.

Jungkook helped him adjust his position into a more comfortable one.
Taehyung noticed some burns on jungkook's hand, and he worriedly pouted.

"Don't worry, it's just the sun. I'm a vampire, you know" Jungkook smiled, caressing taehyung's pale cheeks.
