Taehyung POV

"H-Hello"

I said, trembling slightly. Searching for anything in his soft features, the moonlight traced a lovely smile on his face and I stared at him uncertainly.

"I'm Jimin"

I nodded, hugging myself again to recreate this warm feeling.

"It's raining. It's not healthy for you to stay in this cold place under the rain. Isn't it winter?"

I didn't say anything. I don't care if it's healthy or not, I don't even care if I die right now.

"You're shivering... take this umbrella, it'll protect you from the rain"

He chuckled again, making my eyes water, is there really some hope in people? This is the first time someone offers me something, I could feel a strange smirk on his face but instead of caring about it I had to thank him.

"Thank you, J-Jimin"

I bowed to him, holding the umbrella as I opened it. My shoulders were already wet along with my clothes so it was a better solution than getting more and more wet.

"Have a good night, goodbye"

He smirked, walking away. I sat again, as I saw something that took my attention.

The guy, Jimin, dropped his wallet.

I knew he wasn't further away since I can see his lithe silhouette covered with another umbrella. From my place, I held it in my hand, as a simple act of kindness I had to do, I jogged after him with all the power left in my body.

"J-Jimin!!"

I called, examining the place I reached. I squinted my eyes to see that he was nowhere to be seen now. Maybe I'll drop this for now.

However, the same sweet voice rang in my ears. I turned slowly and steadily to see... Jimin.

"A hybrid.. the last hybrid alive.. I found you"

He was definitely NOT trustworthy, and I tried to ready myself for a new run, but it was too late- his strong arm stopped me harshly. I wanted to scream, to shout for anyone to help me, the same pathetic myself that only gets in trouble in a way or another.

Right, I wanted to die, but this person seems like he wants to do worse.

I didn't have more time to react, right after, something hit my head--trying to clear my vision, I only got dizzier and everything disappeared into nothingness.
