Zach's POV:

As I'm getting ready for school, I realize how shittier it is by the minute. Honestly, there's no point on going. The only reason I am is because my parents are forcing me to go. First they force me to move, now this? It's already 7:50 and I still need to shower and get dressed. I don't give a shit if I'm late or not.

When I'm done getting ready, it's 8:10. I still have 5 minutes until the bell rings. I decide to just leave. When I get outside, I plug my earphones in my phone and turn the volume up high. I keep thinking about that Emma girl and how she keeps popping up everywhere I am. I'm guessing she lives close to me. She's hot and all, but I don't care about relationships right now. My parents made me move away from all my friends, all the parties, all the girls, all the memories. It sucks shit, really.

When I arrive to class, on time surprisingly, I take my usual seat in the back since no one's sitting there. Of coarse, Emma and that blonde chick are sitting at their seats from yesterday too.

A couple minutes later, the teacher enters the room. I wonder what shit he'll be talking about today. I still notice Emma looking at me every now and then. What's her deal like seriously. It's like she's never seen a boy with dark clothing and tattoos her whole life.

After class I head to the washroom. When I enter, Justin, the captain of the football team, is there.

"You must be that new kid, Jack?" He says as he washes his hands.

"Zach" I correct him. I honestly don't give a shit about him and I'm not in the mood to stay in here and talk to him for 5 damn minutes while I take a piss.

"Close enough," he says after he turns the tap off. "Do you live around here?" Now he's just being annoying.

"Yeah. Why do you care?" I say as I pull my zipper up.

"Just wondering" he says as he dries his hands. "Well I'm having a party this Friday and all seniors are invited. If you want to come you can," he says before he leaves.

"K" I answer as I dry my hands.

History goes by pretty slowly, witch sucks ass. Once both my classes are over, I grab my shit from my locker then head towards the door. On my way home, I hear people talk behind me. I don't even have to turn around to know that it's Emma and her friends. I try walking faster without them noticing. Once I reach my house, I head to the kitchen to get something to eat then head to my room, as usual.

Emma's POV:

Today went by fast enough. When me and my brother get home, we head to the kitchen to see what we can eat.

"I can make pasta," my brother offers.

"Sure, I'm gonna go get changed then go for a run" I tell him as I head to my room. Today I decided to wear a plain white t-shirt with some shorts and my red vans. I change into a purple nike tank top and some Nike plain black shorts. I change my vans into running shoes and tie my hair into a messy bun. I grab my phone and headphones from my bag and head to the kitchen to get my water bottle.

When I get to the end of the driveway, I stick my headphones in my ears, put my music on then start jogging. After a couple minutes, I feel my phone vibrating in my pocket. I pull it out and slide the screen. *Hey! Did you hear Justin's having a party this Friday for the seniors? We have to go please say you will!!* It's from Alice. I slow down and sit on a bench. *no, I didn't hear. I have to work so I'm not sure..* I press send then get up and continue running. I don't go to parties really, so I've never gotten drunk or anything. I've had alcohol before, but only like twice. The first time was when Alice dared me at one of her birthday parties and the second time was when I thought it was juice...
