Forsythe Pendleton Jones II and Alice Susanna Smith we're together for almost 3 years in high school. They we inseparable. The love they shared was unconditional and they thought they'd found true love together. To be honest, they both knew deep down, even though they've got families, they know they're still meant to be.

After homecoming of 1995, Alice married Hal, even after their massive argument an had 2 kids Polly and Elizabeth, also known as Betty. FP married Gladys despite his feelings for Alice also having 2 children by the names Jellybean Jones and Forsythe Pendleton Jones III or Jughead. They had all moved on with life, even their friends. Hermione was married to Hiram Lodge with a beautiful daughter, Veronica and Fred Andrews had married and divorced Mary Andrews leaving him as a single father looking after is strapping, young, red-headed son, Archie.

Alice:
"Morning, Alice." is how I am greeted every time I walk downstairs. No kiss, no emotion, no nothing.
"Morning, Hal." I said just as bluntly, in return, he gave me the dead eyes and put my coffee down in front of me.
"I'm going to the register, you don't need to come in today." He hinted to me to stay at home, so that's exactly what I did. The kids were at school, I was alone so I cracked open a bottle of white Pinot Grigio and poured myself a glass turning the radio on as I did so. I started dancing round like a mad woman. It had been years since I've been able to let go like this and I really needed it. I started to take off my heels and I unbuttoned my tight, tweed skirt a little so I could breathe, followed by a few buttons of my shirt. I really let go, as you can tell. The music was blaring and I was swaying my hips like nobody was watching  jumping around on my furniture but it turned out, someone was watching. I just didn't know.

FP:
This woman drives me crazy and she doesn't even realise. I pulled up outside of Alice Smiths house and catch a glimpse of her flailing her arms around without a care in the world. I could hear her music, she was playing "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey, one of our favourite songs as teens. I stand and watch for a while, leant up against my truck until I heard Fred behind me.
"Mind telling her to turn it down a tad, it's 9:00 in the morning and you always had a way with her." He spoke with a cheeky grin as I blushed a little.
"How are you Fred?" I changed the subject in hopes he would let me go and he did, he just walked into his garage to speak to his son.
I spent enough time looking through the crack in the blinds so I finally did what I came here to do.

The knock on the door startled Alice so she turned down the music grabbed her wine and went to the door, obviously forgetting about her current dressing situation. "FP! Wha-What are you doing here?" she spoke slightly out of breath.
"Alice, see your showing a little more than usual..." he spoke as a grin took over his face and a slight red tint took over hers. "Sorry, I was dancing. I know hard to believe, but I'm not just a boring stick in the mud you know. So, do you wanna come in?"
They entered 111 Elm Street, FP took a seat at the island in the kitchen while Alice cleaned up her house a little.
"Look, Ali... I need to tell you something. It's been hurting me for a while now and I know he's not going to tell you and I can't have you find out any other way!"
"FP, what are you talking about? Is it Hal? What's he done. Oh my God I'll..." she was cut off by his next sentence "Alice, he's seeing Penelope Blossom."
The room fell silent as Alice took a seat next to her teenage romance as a tear fell down her cheek.
He raged inside, he raged at the thought that the man she had been married to for 25 years could cheat on her with a half-melted ten-cent trollop.
"How do you know, FP?"
"I saw him, Al. Outside her house, making out. I'm so sorry, I swear to God, I'm going to kill him!"
"No, FP. You can't. He can't know that you know, he'll kill you first. FP I need to ask, why did you tell me. It's not like there's any feelings between us!"
"Alice. How could you say that, you know I've always loved you; I always will." She started to cry even more as she managed to stutter out "FP, I need you. I miss you." He didn't do anything. He just put his finger over her lips and encouraged her to shush.
He just held her close, he wanted to make things right. He wanted things to last. He wanted her.
"FP, i'm gonna kill him!" He looked at her with admiration and content but mostly worry. "Alice, don't get hurt, I care too much about you for anything to happen. Please!"
"Forsythe, I want you to help me, I want you. I- I..."
