"Oh my god! It was hilarious Taehyung! You should have been there." I laughed, sharing a double deluxe burger with Taehyung as we sat on the grass.
It was lunch, and I had a dance class after this, and I was exhausted. That damn detention sucked all the energy out of me. Nothing better than a big greasy burger to wake me up!
Taehyung laughed with me, taking a large bite from the burger we bought. "Didn't need to be there. There were recordings of him everywhere." He handed me the burger, which I gladly took.
I almost moaned biting into the burger, my cheeks full with it's delicious goodness. "Oh!" I straightened. "I have to tell you something." I giggled.
Taehyung raised a brow. "Tell me after you've swallowed you're food, chunky monkey."
I rolled my eyes playfully, swallowing my food before handing it back to him. "So?" He said.
"SeungRi asked me out on a date!" I squealed. Taehyung's eyes brightened, trying hard to smile with his full mouth. "No way. SeungRi, a senior, asked you out?"
I frowned. "Why do you say it like I'm the wicked witch of the west?" My eyes glare into Taehyung's wide one's.
"No no! It's just that, well, every time a guy asks you out, they never show up to the date."
I huffed, crossing my arms. "I seriously don't know why. I know they genuinely like me, but as soon as they ask me out and we actually go out somewhere, they don't show up and avoid me the next day as if I have the Black Plague. It's complete bullshit!" I whine.
"Taehyung~ why is that?" I asked, pouting and taking the half eaten burger from his hands, shoving half of it into my mouth. "Yah!" He shouts, eyes wide. "Save some for me you fatso!"
"And how am I supposed to know? I can't read minds." He shrugged.
This is useless. Boys are useless. I need a man in my life, preferably older, definitely handsome and someone who can support himself. I need a man that only exists in my head and that genuinely makes me sad.
I groan in frustration. "As my best friend, you should help me, you know?" I huff, tearing pieces of grass from the lawn. "Well, what do you have in mind?" He said, after swallowing half the burger, before digging into his bag for his bottle of coca-cola.
He took a large gulp, handing me the rest of the burger. Well, what was left of it. "Wait, you're serious?"
He shrugs. "I guess? I'm kind of getting annoyed by your whining and complaining about 'never finding the right man, and honestly, I think it's time you do find your dream boyfriend to fulfill your dark and dirty desires—"
"Oh my god, shut up Tae!" I blush furiously, hitting him multiple times on the shoulder because how on earth did he even know about my many fantasies?
He laughs, shielding his body from my hits and I only blush more from the total embarrassment that I felt. "Hey, it's not my fault you left your laptop at my house. I needed to use it for school and—""Okay okay, I get it. Can you stop now?" I beg with pleading eyes. My face feels hot and I have the need to fan at my face. He smirks, flicking my forehead with his freakishly long fingers. "Whatever you say Chim. But seriously speaking now," he begins, all laughter gone from his face, "do you like this guy?"
