MIDORI MISTAKES

Things between me and Yoongi were still a little awkward, I mean, not as awkward as they were before, but the aura was still a little tense whenever we were around each other.

And at school, of course he's still screwing around with multiple girls. I remember walking in on him in the bathrooms the other day.

He had a girl, much smaller than me, pinned to the walls, hand shoved down her denim shorts and lips connected in a rough frenzy. Her breathy moans echoed in the public bathroom, and it was clear that I was interrupting something steamy between them.

So i scoffed, squeezing my thighs tightly together to ease my desperate urge to piss. I turned, and left as soon as I came in, ignoring the sudden curse words leaving Yoongi's mouth.

"Jiminie~" Taehyung's voice sang, barging into the spare room that I was currently staying in. I had my homework splayed out on the covers, a pen hanging out my mouth as I highlighted important notes that I might need for an upcoming exam.

"Yes Tae?" I mutter around  the pen, my eyes still focused on the papers in front of me. The bed dips beside me, Taehyungs weight shifting the papers a bit. I sigh, "Can I help you?" I ask sarcastically.

"Actually yes!" He beams, and my brows twitch in curiosity. He plucks the pen from my lips and tosses it to the side, swiping the papers from under me and sets them in a neat pile on the side drawer.

I blink in confusion. "Um.."

"You forgot, didn't you." He says, snickering. Another wave of confusion washes over me as I stare back at him with my brows pinched together. "Forgot what?" I say, completely giving him my attention. What is he on about?

"Tonight Jimin. Drinks ... dancing ... ring any bells?" He lists, waiting for something in my head to click. And then it does.

Oh. Oh.

"Shit. You and Yoongi are throwing a party tonight right? Fuck, I completely forgot." I check the time on my phone, and almost sigh in relief when there's still a few hours for me to get ready. I still have time to spare. Thanks to the heavens above.

"Yeah. So I need you to help me pick my outfit for tonight." He says.

"But you're throwing it here aren't you? You can just change clothes if you don't like your outfit." I remind him, getting up from the bed to retrieve my duffle bag that i bought with me.

"Right, I didn't tell you did I?"

I stop, slowly turning to face him. He's staring at himself in the mirror, toying with his collar. "Tell me what?" I ask cautiously.

"Hyung said that a few of his friends from another school are already throwing a party, so he thought we could save the trouble of having to clean up and just go to that one instead. Makes sense?" He explains.

I nod in understanding. I guess I need to limit my drinking tonight, seeing as one of us needs to be sober enough to tell each other when enough is enough. And i groan internally.
