All summer,
nothing had changed.
He never brought her
out on dates
he never
held her hand in front of other people
and she was
so tired.
Not of him but of
life in general she was
so tired,
the doctor called it
iron defficiency and
she took her supplements but
they didn't make a difference, she was
loosing
steam
but she never
gave up
or broke
or ever ever
asked for help
she took it all on her own,
no one knew
his weight was
