This is going to be a very busy journey for TSAC and so to make it easier and divide the work we have new spots on the team! The team is here to help each other improve in their fields

This is going to be a very busy journey for TSAC and so to make it easier and divide the work we have new spots on the team! The team is here to help each other improve in their fields.

We will need trust worthy members because everyone will have access to this account and violation of any one rule can get you kicked out of the team! Sorry about the rudeness but it was needed.

But to get access to this account we will function like the forums, there will be trust levels! This won't be easy for you so we will need a mode of group chat! Someone please suggest which mode will be best for this!

Everyone on the team will get those icon banners like the ones that Wattpad ambassadors have but of course it will say The Spring Awards Community or maybe TSAC member or something else! I (StarShades03 ) will discuss it with our head graphic designer once we have one... xD

Organising team:

- Organising head (1)

The head of this team who will watch out for the teams behaviour, work, activity and will also have to take care of the Reader's choice votes (don't worry the voting process is not as tough as you think, the computer will do your counting TMI)

- Entries organisers (3)

Will work together on the participants, their questions, the list of participants, providing results to each participant individually.

- Judges organisers (3)

Will work together to help the judges with their problems, accepting applications, list of judges, books each judge will judge, collecting results in an organised manner of course.

- Reading list organisers (3)

Will coordinate with the other team members to create reading lists with the participants' books and later the winners books.
