By the time I had managed to open my eyes, pain flew through my body like wind. Almost every place in my body was aching and tears had already begun to sprinkle down my cheek.Groaning as I surely but slowly push myself off from the ground, I manage to sit up wincing in pain as I glance around me.
Blood spilled the concrete floor almost everywhere as I let out a small gasp to find pieces of rumpled clothing around me. Torn pieces caused anxious thoughts to swirl around until I stopped dead in my tracks.
Tommy wasn't here.
Ignoring the burning ache that emitted from my body, I grunt, pushing myself up as I glance around the dark room, the usual light flickering in the darkness.
Silence.
I was greeted with an empty hollowing silence. Where was Tommy? Was he okay? However, something unsettling that rested in the pit of my stomach told me he wasn't.
Oh god, did they finally kill him? Had they successfully managed to beat him till he could barely even have the energy to breathe? I felt sick.
Suddenly, the loud metal door creaks open and with hope, I drag my body over to the side of the circle cage closest to the door as I bang on the cage loudly. "Tommy!"
The door opens further and a snicker replies to my comment. My eyes scan towards the horrifying familiar voice until my heart drops straight into my stomach.
There was an unconscious Tommy, held in the arms of a large stranger, probably one of the two men from before, my kidnapper and both girls, nervously twitching behind him.
I stared at Tommy in sadness as I felt anxiety and immense fear creep into my heart and through to my skin. He stood there unconscious, naked as his bruised body was covered in blood.
His blood.
He had purple and blue bruises covering every inch of his toned tanned body. His black jeans hung loosely on his legs as he had no shoes or socks on either. His hair was ruffled as he had two matching puffy eyes with several cuts on my nose and lips.
He looked like hell.
Without thinking I let out a low scream as I watch the lot of them walk over, dragging Tommy towards the cage.
The two girls who stood behind my kidnapper gave him a glance as he grunted before shoving them forward. "Open"
I glared at them menacingly as I watched them each slowly walk towards the cage door before opening it. I wanted to grab them and shake them. Wake up. Why weren't they helping me?
Suddenly, the blonde girl gives me a menacing stare as if daring me to almost escape but I held my foot down. I watched as they pushed it further before our kidnapper stepped in and pointed towards the floor as Tommy's body almost flew into the cage, the sound of his unconscious body crack as he impacted against the concrete.
"No.." I begin as my bottom lips tremble as I run over towards Tommy. Bending down, I reach for his neck for his pulse, but it's... fatal. Slow. I let out a cry.
Sudden anger began to suddenly peak through me. I couldn't stand this anymore. Tommy had been beaten to death, and kidnapped, starved even and our kidnapper somewhat took entertainment in it. My blood boiled.
The cage suddenly closed and I turned around to see one of his hunch men and the other two girls stood beside him as our kidnapper watched me.
I peeled my lips open. "Why?"
He let out a small smirk almost entertained at the throaty one word response I spoke. I felt humiliated, defiled. I was so tired. But I thought about how much pain Tommy was in. I couldn't bear it.
