Prologue:
This was it, the only escape from her never-ending torture, the balcony on the top floor of the mansion wasn’t too far down or so she hoped, Briella pushed her brown hair out from her face but it was no use, she heard the men approaching the room, their chattering filling her ears now was her only chance, it was now or never.
Briella lifted herself up on the ledge of the balcony and took a deep breath straightening herself up, her grey nightgown hanging from her freely she looked down, big mistake, there was water down at the bottom, surely it wouldn’t hurt to jump.
The men’s attention turned to her and Briella’s heart raced in her chest in fright, and she surely was truly scared to jump. “Oi, where do you think you’re going?” The man roughly spoke your coming with us.” He demanded.
Briella closed her eyes and shook her head. “I’m not I’ll rather die,” she whispered and before she could process what she was doing she pushed herself off her heart racing by each minute and she felt herself falling before she tumbled into darkness.
She didn't end up on a beach or into the water for that matter instead she was standing in a mysterious place, destroyed and of course spinning out of control Briella instead had different memories, recognition of the strange place as she looked around - the TARDIS.
Her grey eyes flashed purple turning around to see someone hanging out the door she ran over trying her best not to be thrown all over the place, a smirk building it's way to her face as she had the familiar feeling that this guy was the man from her dreams.
He just looked different.
Briella placed a hand over one of his, her white flowing gown that should have been drenched but was however freely flying and dry, her hair blowing on the side strangely enough that she could make anyone seem remotely breathless. Instead the Doctor looked up frowning at the familiar girl, despite he was hanging thousands of feet over London she placed her other hand on the same wrist she held in a monkey grip and struggled to pull him up- making grunts of efforts she pulled him up only for them to tumble and the Doctor to roll on top of her staring down at the girl breathless as she kept her eyes locked with him, their chests rising and falling as if running an marathon.
Instead Briella let out a hearty laugh, her smile almost as if reaching her eyes and for once the Doctor was surprised at how breathless he was just now and Briella couldn't help but smile even more.
