Always remember na bigyan ng oras ang lahat, lalo na ang mga taong mahal mo. Time is a very important aspect in life. Give time to your family, friends, your partners, for yourself, for God, etc. I know sometimes it's not easy especially if you're busy but if you really love someone or something, you'd find time for them. ALSO, learn how to let go of things or someone especially if they bring or give toxicity in your life. It's hard but sometimes you have to. Having love and respect for yourself means letting go of toxic people and things.
