As Bjor sat in his room he pondered on what had happened the night before. He had never went through something so bizarre in his life. He distinctly remembered waking to a scream and shadowy figures that seemed to rot in his vision. Unfortunately the rest of the night was in even more of a blur. What he can recall was a short battle than a feeling of numb warmth. Had he died last night? Or was that warmth waking up in the bed with a foot that fell asleep? Either he could not tell. In the midst of his own self confusion the old man from yesterday entered the room. "Did you eat?" he asked. Bjor nodded. "Good, not many people can survive that kind of thing that Aruman did. Well I mean not many people can successfully do what he did." Bjor looked puzzled at his words. The old man shook his head "But I see that a side effect of the spell wipes a bit of your memory from last night didn't it?" he asked curiously. Bjor nodded "I can't seem to remember everything that happened last night but i do have bits and pieces". Bjor looked at the man wondering what it was that he knew. "What happened to master Aruman, and myself?" Bjor had to know the answers to this question. So he listed to the man's tale, even giving his name. His name was Mirin. Since Bjor had forgotten much of what had happened, that detail he was either not told or forgotten.

Mirin and Bjor had spoken for what seemed like hours about what had happened. What is truly known can only be confirmed by Aruman, but since Mirin apparently had spent much time with Aruman in the past, therefore having some idea of what was happening. Much like how it started with Bjor it all started with the scream. From what's understood a woman went to the well last night to get a bath for her children. On her Trip she noticed something odd, but carried on thinking it was the normal trouble of the racoons that sometimes would frequent the area with their mischief. But when she had turned with her now full bucket of water she screamed, tossing the bucket at the undead thing that nearly took her. Luckily she escaped back into her home. That scream alerting all those inside the town to the horrors that lay outside their doorsteps. All of those able to fight did so, including Aruman and Mirin. Skilled in flame magic Aruman made short work of the undead while many others faced hardships. Aruman alerted the others that They cannot be killed the same way twice, he had found that out from a select few undead whose skin was charred and flaked beforehand. With that kind of know how the villagers made shorter work of the undead that seemed to be rushing the village. But after some time Mirin had noticed that Aruman was focused in a general direction, towards the inn where Bjor was. He knew that Bjor was unskilled in any kind of training and would easily be overtook by at least three of them. Mirin had said that when Aruman found Bjor he was dead. Now enraged Aruman made even quicker work of the undead than any work he had already done. Once the fighting was done Aruman had taken Bjor into the forest with Mirin to make sure that Bjor came back safely to the village. The ritual lasted until near the break of dawn. By the end of it Aruman had died, giving his life in orde3r to save Bjor. To Mirin's understanding Aruman had completed a ritual that would give Bjor all of his life energy. After it was completed Mirin brought Bjor back to the inn and had him sleep until he woke making sure to feed him quickly when he woke. That was all Mirin knew down to the last detail. He didn't know what the side effects where of doing this, he was sure there was nothing harmful about it since it took the life of the caster. But there was always something about this kind of magic that had a twist to the aftermath for the person it was used on.

Once done speaking a woman walked in carrying the belongings of Aruman. Everything respectfully handled and brought to Bjor. Mirin then spoke. "Now I know that you can't take everything with you on your trip. So we will leave you alone with these so you can take what you need. I'll bring everything back to the capital seeing I traveled with him in the past." his tone he gave off showed how he felt. Mirin was devastated that this had happened, and so abruptly. Bjor nodded and the two left the room. He sat there on the bed for several minutes trying to comprehend why Aruman would do such a thing. Why he would revive Bjor knowing that it would end his own existence. This much he couldn't say. Greif never came easy to Bjor, he always seemed unattached to everything since he didn't have a clue what he wanted to do, until now. Now he knew what it was he had to do.
