THE CURRENT DAY:

SARAH's POV:

An alarm clock woke me up that morning. I groaned and rubbed my eyes. Unlocking my iPhone to turn the alarm off I glanced at the time.

7:30... Really?

I sat up and pulled on some short gym shorts. I generally just sleep in my underwear so.. That's a thing.

I glanced over to the other side of my queen sized bed and smiled. There lay my person. Elliot. I climbed back into the bed and rolled him onto his back.

"Heyyyy lazy it's time to wake up.." I said softly and kissed his cheek.

He groaned and mumbled something that sounded like 'fuck off'.

I sighed. There was only one way to do this now. I got off the bed and yanked the blanket off of him as I did.

Elliot shot up in shock and then saw me. He groaned.

"Seriously? Again!" He started to laugh as I gave him an innocent look.

"Ugh.. Come here you little minx," Elliot muttered and gestured for me to get back into bed.

I crawled up to him and let his strong arms embrace me.

I sighed. It was nice to be out of my house and living with the boy I really cared about. No more parents to get in the way, no boundaries and we could just enjoy each other's company.

We sat there for a good couple minutes until I realized that I had to get to college.

"Come on baby, I gotta get ready now, you can make breakfast for yourself, because I won't have time," I patted his arm as a sign to let me go.

"Awwww kitten... I'll miss you!" Elliot said giving me the puppy dog face as I got up off the bed and walked towards the bathroom.

"Love you!" I said and shut the door.
