I've tested this one and it does work but it all depends on you for how powerful it is(How strong your emotions are when you cast it an how much you put into it). Since it deals with the elements some weird stuff can happen like stuff catching on fire, storms, wind being stronger, things just seem to always go wrong to the person you cast it on.
