This one is weird, if you say this while it is raining it will either stop the rain or make it rain even more. I have tested this more than once an it does work but it has to be raining to do it or you can just use it as a prayer for rain.
Things needed
●Clear and strong voice
●You have to believe in it
●Has to be raining(Optional)
●Chant 3 times
The Spell
Rain Rain Pour Pour, make it thunder and lightning. Rain Rain Pour Pour, make it rain so hard it will be fearful and frightening so mote it be!
