Gorin was training in the military for a few weeks. She seemed to get stronger and was able to keep up with the other new recruits. But she was slowing down the more the tried to stay caught up with the others. She pushed herself forcing her body to keep going. She was pushing herself to the limit.

In time the war and Gorin came face to face. She pushed herself threw it getting honored with a medal for when they got back it would be her reward. With her helping her army she didn't know she was about to have something a little scarier then war hit her.

She got shot threw the shoulder and fell back. Obviously she was taken out of the battle field. But she kept going further. When the battle was over she was checked out by a field nurse. The nurse patched her wound up and have her an exam to see if there were any other injuries. But the injury she had was where she was shot. Granted we was a little bruised up bit nothing else we to serious.

Gorin nodded not feeling well staying to get fairly pale. The nurse walked to her asking if she was alright. As a response Gorin shook her head no grabbing am empty bucket to puke into. Gorin was holding her stomach slightly throwing up. The nurse held her hair back thinking.

"Gorin, you alright?"

"Yeah Matilda, I'm fine... Just had a week stomach for a second..."

Matilda nodded thinking. She's been friends with Gorin for a while. She was older then her by a few years but it didn't seem to bother them. Matilda baby sat Gorin after the tragic death of her brother. After that they became close friends.

Matilda wrapped a bandage around Gorin's chest and shoulder. She got the bullet out of her shoulder and cleaned it. After dressing the wound she gave Gorin an exam to make sure everything else wasn't injured in any other place. Matilda was pushing on Gorin's stomach gently. It was hard and slightly round.

"Gorin, don't take this the wrong way alright?..." Matilda said backing from her looking at Gorin.

"Uh alright then. What's up?" Gorin sat up looking at Matilda concerned.

"Gorin, I don't know how to say this...but I need to know if you messed around with anyone before you got here."

"Well uh, yeah...why?"

"Don't freak out on me. And remember it's just a guess, but I think you might be pregnant..." Matilda was looking through a box for something as she was talking.

"Your kidding Matilda. That's bull... But he pulld out... didn't he?" Gorin was talking out loud then face palmed.

"Oh fuck, that can't be true. It just can't be." Gorin sighed and looked at Matilda. She was handing her a pregnancy test to take.

Within a few minutes Gorin took the test and had her arm rebandaged and a few stitches put in where the bullet had entered her shoulder.  Matilda was the first to look at the test and gulped. She's didn't know if she should tell Gorin the news or not.

Gorin looked at her after being bandaged up. "What's the result Matilda..." She asked.

"Well uh..."

" Damn it don't play games with me. What does the test say!"

Matilda sighed hanging it to her. "Congratulations, your going home to"

Gorin sat in silence staring at the positive test. Thoughts were going through her head. She didn't know what to think. She didn't know how Vegeta would react. She was scared to tell anyone. After all she was sixteen years old. Vegeta was still trying to get the divorce completely finalized.

"Shit...." Gorin could only say that one thing.

After a week passed everything was ready and finalized for her to go home. Her bag was packed and she was taking a ride home. The entire ride she continued to try and figure out what to say to everyone. She couldn't help but wonder what would be said. The main thought she had was what would happen between her and Vegeta.

"Please don't leave me when you find out." She said to herself. Two days had passed on the long way home. She could hardly sleep and constantly looked outside. It was late one night and she put her hand on her stomach. She was thinking about the baby.

" I wonder if your father will be alright with this. Or if your okay after everything that happened." She talked for almost an hour and a half to the unborn fetus that was growing inside her womb. She laid down to get some sleep for the night. The trip back home would take weeks. She was only two days into the trip. That night as she slept all she could dream about was the family she was starting. The more days that went by the more she accepted the child. She was excited to have the baby. Every night she would talk to it like it could listen to her before she fell asleep.
