Lacerations

Your smile lacerated me,

Contorting my insides,

And soon a twist becomes a pull,

I sit here until it becomes dull,

Laceration doesn't seem so bad,

It's a part of me now,

A scar on my heart,

That I carry through life,

It scares me how drawn I was to the knife,

That lead me to you,

The lead to my demise,

Hollow is my only thing I feel now.

If I could turn back the clock,

I'd never let you lacerate me,

With that god evil smile,

Now just watch me bleed out.
