"Izuku honey! We're going to Tokyo today! We can go see Katsuki!" Inko called to her son who was currently scrolling through Insta collapsed on his soft bed, cradling his wolf Scarlet.
He perked up, a smile gracing his face as his eyes sparkled. He shut down his phone and jumped off his bed, rushing to his closet and whipping it open. He grabbed a forest green jacket and pulled it on, stuffing his phone in his pocket and pulling on his obnoxiously bright red shoes. He slammed his bedroom door open and practically flew to the kitchen, sparkles flying as his whole face contorted into a huge, million dollar smile. He was jumping up and down in excitement, practically beaming as bright as the sun. Scarlet bounded after him, sparkles seemingly dancing around her ocean blue eyes.
"Let's go! Let's go!" Izuku chanted, tugging on his mothers arm.
"Ok, sweetie. Calm down. Do you have everything?" Inko said as she took her hand back and grabbed a purse.
Izuku rapidly nodded his head, wanting to leave for Tokyo as soon as possible. As soon as Inko started towards the door, he zipped right over with Scarlet by his side, busting through it, almost knocking it out of its hinges. They raced to the stairs and rushes straight down, thinking the elevator to be too slow. Down all 10 floors, they zipped all the way to the front lobby and waited, unable to stand still for any longer. Izuku bounced up and down, waiting impatiently for his mother. She finally made it down and walked over, heaving out a sigh as she walked up to her son and wolf.
"Let's go! I can't wait any longer!" Izuku exclaimed, he and the wolf her out of the hotel and towards the car.
"Calm down Izuku, Scarlet. There's no need to be impatient. Calm down," Inko sighed, trying to calm her excited son and wolf as they hopped in the car. "It'll take a few hours to get there. Do you have something to do while we drive?"
"I have Scar with me. I can play with her! And I could also practice singing again." Izuku replied while smiling, hugging the light grey wolf on his lap closer.
Continuing on for a little over 3 hours, Izuku and Scarlet ended up falling asleep, soft snores filling the quiet air around the three. It was around midday, only a few more hours till they reached Tokyo. Inko turned the radio on, keeping the volume on low as she listened to the news.
"More hero work. There's never anything else nowadays. But, at least crime rate is down. We're safer with All Might around. But for how long? He'll find us eventually and take Izuku away. I can't let that happen." Inko murmured, as she turned a corner and sped down the road.
As time ticked by, they reached Tokyo at last. Inko drove passed their old house and ventured down the road, reaching the Bakugou household where she parked. She woke her son and wolf up, telling them that they were there. They jumped up in excitement, rushing out of the car and over to the door, Izuku frantically ringing the doorbell. A few "I'm coming" was heard inside as a pair of footsteps came to a halt right before the door. It swung open, revealing a rather tall ash-blonde lady with ruby red eyes, meeting Izuku's emerald green ones and Scarlet's ocean blue ones.
"Izuku! You're back!" Mitsuki pulled Izuku into a bear hug, lifting him up as she did. "It's been forever since you left. How are you?"
"I'm great! The academy is really fun and I have great friends too!" Izuku replied, huge shining smile spreading across his face.
"Well that's great. Why don't you head inside and find Katsuki while I talk to your mum?" Mitsuki said as she placed the greenette back down, petting Scarlet while ushering him inside the house.
He zoomed in there like there was no tomorrow, zipping over to Masaru and giving him a hug before zipping upstairs to Katsuki's room. Scarlet bound after him, jumping up the stairs. Izuku burst the door open, startling Katsuki who was laying on his bed on his phone. He got up to say something when Izuku tackles him back down, hugging him for dear life. Katsuki, though surprised and shocked at seeing his friend again, hugged back as a small smile formed on his face. Scarlet jumped up and began licking Katsuki's face as a sign of affection.
"Okay, okay. Calm down," Katsuki said, pushing Scarlet's snout away and pulling his friend off him. "You're back, Deku."
"Yep! It's been, like, forever since I saw you!" Izuku exaggerated, giggling softly, his wolf howling a little.
"It's only been a few year-"
"A few years!" Izuku cut the blonde off, gripping onto his shoulders as he shook him slightly. "It's been 8 years! That's too long! I missed you so much!"
"Calm the f*ck down. I missed you too, alright." Katsuki said, taking Izuku's hands off his shoulders. "Wait... Hold up a sec..."
Izuku and Scarlet tilted their heads to the side as Katsuki got up, grabbing his laptop and flopping back down, searching up something on YouTube. Hitting enter, he turned the laptop to Izuku, showing him and Tai singing 'High Hopes' at the 'club'. Izuku's mouth fell open, gaping as he stared at the screen, watching as he and his friend came down to the middle.
"Someone recorded that?!" He exclaimed, grabbing the laptop and staring at the screen.
"Yep. And being honest, it's actually good. But don't f*cking ask me to repeat that. 'Cause it's not f*cking happening." Katsuki said with a huff, crossing his arms.
"I won't, I won't. But I'm glad you think that," Izuku smiled, clasping his hands together. "Do you want to here me sing now? I'll need a guitar though."
"Sure. The f*cker's in here." Katsuki said as he opened his closet, taking out a guitar.
"Thanks!"
Izuku started playing the guitar, starting the song as he let the words roll off his tongue. (Media)
"Some legends are told
Some turn to dust or to gold
But you will remember me
Remember me, for centuries
Just one mistake
Is all it will take
We'll go down in history
Remember me for centuriesRemember me for centuries
Mama, fight my teenage dreams
No, it's nothing wrong with me
The kids are all wrong the story's aloof
Heavy metal, rock my heart
Come on, come on and let me in
I'm cruising on your thighs, leave my fingerprints
And this is for tonight
I thought that you would feel
I never meant for you to fix yourselfRemember me for centuries
And I can't stop till the whole word knows my name
'Cause I was only born inside my dreams
Until you die for me, as long as there is a light
My shadow is over you 'cause I am the opposite of amnesia
And you're a cherry blossom
You're about to bloom
You look so pretty, but you're gone so soonHe's been here forever
And he's the chosen fruit
I could scream forever
We all poisoned youSome legends are told
Some turn to dust or to gold
But you will remember me
Remember me, for centuries
Just one mistake
Is all it will take
We'll go down in history
Remember me for centuriesRemember me for centuries."
He finished playing, hearing a one-man applause from the ash-blonde in front of him. He looked up with a smile, meeting his friend's firery gaze. He set the guitar aside, flopping back on the soft bed, as did Katsuki and Scarlet. He giggled a bit, rolling over so he was next to the blonde. He gave him a side hug, Katsuki returning it. They all soon fell asleep together, curled up in comfortable warmth and silence.
