Friday afternoon,

( Chardonnay's POV )

After going to get Junebug and Lele from school, we walked back to my place.

Me and Alize walked in my mom's room.

"Hey, how you doing mama Lauren?" Alize asked.

"Hey Mom, I have something to tell you." I said, sweating.

She looked at me without saying a word.

"Mom, I got a job. Down at the diner." I lied.

"That's good baby." She said, coughing.

"Mom, are you okay?" I asked.

"Yes honey. Could you bring me a glass of water?" She asked.

I walked out the room, and into the kitchen to pour her a glass of cold water.

I walked back in the room, and handed it to her.

"But mom, I was gonna ask if I could go to Alize's house for the weekend?" I asked.

"Did you already ask your parents, Alize?" She asked.

"Yes ma'am." She lied through her teeth.

"Okay. Then I don't have a problem with that, have fun. Baby I'm so proud of you." She said, kissing my forehead.

"I love you mom." I said.

"I love you too baby, make sure to check in." She said, as she rolled back over to go to sleep.

We stepped in Junebug and Lele's room.

"Hey y'all, I'm going to be at Alize's house for the weekend. Make sure to check up on mom." I said.

"Okay." Junebug said.

We walked back to Alize's house. Now we had to lie to her parents.

( Alize's POV )

We got to my house, and I texted my parents, since they were at work.

Me: mom can I go to Chardonnay's house for the weekend? I promise to check in.

Her: yes ma'am. If you promised to check in.

Me: thanks Mom.

"She said yes." I said.

"Then great." Chardonnay said.

"So what time are we leaving?" I asked.

"Hmm, I wanna wait a couple hours. Have to get myself prepared, you know. I'll call them up and have them come in a hour." I said.

"Okay cool. What do you wanna do till then?" She asked.

"Hmm, I don't know." I said.

"How about me try on our outfits again and take pictures?" She suggested.

"Sounds great, let's go."

We went up to my room and changed into all three if our outfits, we took pictures, made a couple dancing videos and stuff.

After that we went back downstairs, and put on a comedy movie.

"Hey, you still wanna watch that movie CeCe was talking about?" Chardonnay asked.

"Yeah, but I'd rather wait. Let's watch it with the guys tonight." I said.

"I agree." She said.

A hour went by, and I called them up.

"Hey, are you guys ready to pick us up?" I asked through the phone.

"Yeah, send me the address, then we'll be in the way." Lamar said.

I hung up the phone, then sent him the address.

I got a text saying they were outside, so me and Chardonnay gathered our bag of clothes, then walked outside.

"Sup guys." I said, climbing in the back.

"Hey y'all." Chardonnay said, climbing in the other side.

"Sup ladies." LaRian said.

"Okay, before we leave. I have to ask you guys a question. Have y'all ever seen the movie "The Player's Club"?" I asked.

"Girl are you crazy ? Hell yeah we seen that movie. Matter fact, that's my favorite movie." Lamar said, pulling off.

"Oh, well that's weird. Because CeCe requested that we should watch it. Chardonnay and I have never seen it." I said.

"That sound good. I got the movie at the house, so we can watch it tonight." He said.

( Chardonnay's POV )

The ride was like 15 minutes long, but we finally made it.

They had a big house, nothing that I expected really.

"This is a huge house. If it looks like this on the outside, imagine what it looks like on the inside." I said, leaning into Alize.
